Teacher authority refers to the education influence formed by teachers in the basis of social system giving its legal power because of its own professional attainment,moral cultivation and personality on students of recognition,the students' psychology and behavior.Teachers for students' recognition,the first to use a good education system of teachers' professional rights,moral tradition give teachers the symbolic authority,on the basis of its own knowledge,ability,moral character and personality to influence students.Teacher authority is essentially teachers power,social moral authority and the unity of the inner charm,is a teacher external authority and inner authority,the authority of authority in both form and essence,as an authority on classroom teaching guidance and as an authority on classroom management.Teacher career began in the spring and autumn period and the warring states period,the emergence of private in the feudal society in the process of regime change,teacher authority is accompanied by the change of teachers' professional status has fluctuated,but due to the effect of Confucian culture and the system of monarchy,for students,the traditional hierarchical social self-development of traditional moral authority and power authority has been to occupy a high position,so as the undertaker of the cultural knowledge disseminator,virtue,more power in the field of "political people",but to establish perfect since the tang dynasty imperial examination system in the sui dynasty,Confucian reverence ethos of "teacher way dignity" began to decline,produce based on multiple interests concerns the relationship between teachers and students.In the modern society,with the birth of the class teaching system and the instrumental value of the evaluation system of "one test and the whole life",the teacher authoritarianism becomes more obvious in the classroom teaching.The concept of modern society,with the new curriculum reform put forward and the coming of information society and the continuous improvement of the laws and regulations,knowledge and moral character of teachers' personal and teachers use higher and higher demands are proposed.Both education theory research and the understanding of the necessity of teacher authority in the field of practical education there are many differences,teacher authority is often as the inventors of the unequal relationship between teachers and students,is seen as a realization of education democracy and the freedom of the students,and thorns increasingly questioned by thepeople and social challenges.Traditional teacher authority and is believed to be applied in today's severe social life situation,only has the voice when teachers and textbooks,teacher authority is easy to go astray,should transform the traditional teacher authority for under the existing social relations of reality,the development of modern society makes people have to consider the rationality and necessity of teacher authority.Teacher authority for the education activities smoothly and development has positive significance for students' growth,but in Qingdao a middle school teachers and students of the teacher authority concept,students' cognition of teacher authority and influence in the eyes of students of teachers,teacher authority view aspects there are still some teachers with traditional control-obey teacher authority view,teachers' understanding of the connotations and value of authority is not clear;The student to the teacher authority cognitive level,teacher's ethics and knowledge of the way,emotionally,as well as rules,moral,personal behavior these six aspects in the field of life is the subjective and objective factors affecting the teacher authority,but both in the aspect of teachers' knowledge,emotion,or teacher education to students' criticism or requirements,there are still quite a few students do not have a high level of recognition of teachers.Multiple constraints and challenges,education forces inside and outside the classroom teaching is the teacher authority doctrine highlights,the system of teachers' authority to slip and teachers personal authority,teacher authority into an unprecedented predicament,rational concept of teacher authority to rebuild.Alienation of teachers' authority is not only by emphasizing the classroom teaching in teachers' caring for students education,the main body of the joint efforts of both sides can get corresponding solutions,needs to be placed and the operation of the power to examine a variety of relations,both to investigate reasons outside the education system,teacher's official position,the exam culture of teacher authority traction,market economic system,social negative public opinion guidance of the teacher authority weakened,nor ignore the effect of related groups within education,teachers' inner quality is not high,the external behavior bias,expansion and highlighted problem behavior,students' main body consciousness school standard power operation and the lack of human care,parents upbringing and improper inner quality is not high,is a major cause of teacher authority alienation.In order to solve the dilemma of teachers' authority,to promote rational development of teachers' authority,it is necessary to construct the supervision and guarantee system of teachers' authority,improve laws and regulations,and maintain the legal authority of teachers.To regulate public opinion,to form a style of respecting teachers;To standardize the rights of teachers,improve the supervision and restriction mechanism,the most important thing is to construct the internal support system of the teacher's authority,and the teacher should strengthen the subject transformation and generate the substantive authority of the individual.The school improves the management mechanism and builds the humanistic management mode.Parents change education concept,support and cooperate with teachers.
