Charismatic Teacher Authority Research

The charismatic teacher authority is a new type of teacher authority under the modern educational concept.It not only ensures the smooth progress of teaching activities,but also promotes the comprehensive development of teachers and students.It also helps teachers to establish democratic,equal and harmonious teachers-students relationship.Teachers can fully release their charm based on the extensive professional knowledge,skillful teaching skills,sincere teacher emotions and noble moral qualities in the charismatic teacher authority,so that students can internally recognize and obey the teacher's behavior.In order to understand the actual situation of the current charismatic teacher authority in middle school,this study selected teachers and students from two junior high schools in X area of Hebei Province as research subjects,and conducted a field investigation on the authoritative situation of charismatic teachers through questionnaire survey and teacher interviews.After the analysis,it was found that there were still many problems in the process of establishing teachers' charismatic teacher authority.For instance,teachers and students are not strong in the concept of fascinating teachers;the social external environment and the internal environment of the school are not good and the teachers' own charm is insufficient.These problems not only affect the enthusiasm and motivation of the teacher's work,but also affect the establishment of the teacher's charismatic authority.Through further analysis of the practical problems of charismatic teacher authority,the main causes of the current problems include: distempered the relevant laws and regulations,low social status of teachers,weak teacher management system and work culture in schools,insufficient teachers' abilities and immature students' minds and psychology.In this regard,this study makes recommendations from the following aspects.Firstly,improving relevant laws and regulations to protect the rights and interests of teachers,and establish a good public opinion orientation to enhance the social status of teachers.Secondly,improving the teacher management mechanism within the school and strengthen the construction of teacher culture.Thirdly,changing the concept of teacher authority and enhance its ability in all aspects.Finally,changing the concept of student authority and strengthening the communication between teachers and students.Through the joint efforts of multiple subjects,we strive to improve the working environment of teachers,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,show their own charm,and help them to establish the authority of charismatic teachers.
