Research And Analysis On The Construction Of My Country's Government Open Data Policy Model From The Perspective Of Policy Science

Policy science is the social process of the policy system,policy process as the research object of a discipline,while the government open data is one of the most important role in this process,the latter is the core and key of the former.Based on the function of policy science,and analyze the development of policy science,study the issue,formulation,implementation and evaluation,termination,may be to our country government open data policy model for reference,and explore a new research perspective.In this paper,a variety of research methods,including literature analysis,content analysis,system analysis,and comparative analysis,are adopted in this paper.Build a new open data model "LMPSI" theory model,namely the front-end prediction,information integration,policy evaluation,safety control,each sharing this "five one" mode,so as to form chain to create value and the progress of data driven data.The link between the various subjects,thus the government's open data releases more value.
