| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tiaowei Jiangni Tang comb ined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis on Stagnated heat in liver and stomach Dyndrome,and to explore the m echanism of drug action for the treatment of reflux esophagitis on Stagnated heat i n liver and stomach Dyndrome and provides new methods and treatment ideas.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment g roup and control group according to the principle of clinical randomization and con trol.The control group was treated with oral western medicine esomeprazole magnesi um enteric-coated tablets,40 mg each time,once daily for 8 weeks;the treatment group was treated with Tiaowei Jiangni Tang orally on the basis of the control gr oup;,treatment for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores,gas troscopy grading scores,and tolerance scales were compared to observe the efficacy.Two groups of data were analyzed and compared by SPSS22.0 software to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tiaowei Jiangni Tang combined with esomeprazole magnesi um enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of reflux esophagitis on Stagnated heat in liver and stomach Dyndrome Results:1.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: The total effective rate of the e xperimental group was 86.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group wa s 50.00%.The effective rates of the two groups were compared(P<0.05).which was statistically significant.It shows that the experimental group is superior to the cont rol group in the total curative effect.2.Comparison of clinical symptoms: After treatment,the scores of clinical symp toms in the treatment group were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the control group in terms of acid regurgit ation,heartburn,poststernal burning,and epigastric burning were all decreased comp ared with before treatment(P<0.05);while in the upper abdomen fullness,irritabilit y,irritability,irritability and hunger Symptom scores did not improve significantly(P>0.05).After the treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of ful lness of the upper abdomen,irritability of the hernia,irritable irritability,irritability and hunger,etc.(P<0.05).3.Gastroscopy efficacy comparison:After treatment,there was a statistically signi ficant difference in the total score of the tolerance scale between the treatment grou p and the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.4.Comparison of the efficacy of gastroscope: The total effective rate of the trea tment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.5.Long-term efficacy comparison:The recurrence rate was 10.00% in the treatme nt group and 36.66% in the control group.The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.6.No adverse reactions occurred in both groups of patients during the course o f treatment.There were no abnormal changes in blood routine,urine routine,routin e,liver function,renal function,and electrocardiogram after treatment in the two gr oups.Conclusion:Tiaowei Jiangni Tang combined with Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-c oated Tablets can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with liver a nd stomach Stagnated heat-type reflux esophagitis,can promote the repair of esopha geal mucosa,improve the tolerance scale score,and reduce the recurrence rate.Tiao wei Jiangni Tang combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets is worthy of further clinical application. |
