The Literature Research On The Law Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease And The Clinical Analysis Of The Method Of Tonifying The Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis

Purpose:Through the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Parkinson’s disease clinical research literature,sorting,induction,analysis,so as to grasp the evidence law cure Parkinson’s disease,at the same time,summarizes the mentor to "Kidney blood" clinical application of the method to treat the disease,in order to extend the clinical dialectical thinking,to guide the clinical treatment,improve the clinical curative effect.Material and method:A comprehensive search was conducted on all the clinical studies on Chinese medicine and integrated Chinese and western medicine in the four databases of CNKI,CBM,CQVIP and wanfang on January 1,2009 solstice December 31,2019,According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the included studies were identified,EXCEL 2007 was used to record and make statistics of syndrome types,treatment rules and methods,prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicines involved in the literature,Factor analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs were conducted with SPSS 22.0 to explore the syndrome and treatment rules and medication characteristics of modern doctors for Parkinson’s disease,At the same time,the clinical application of "warming Yang and removing blood stasis" was discussed.Results:1.Number of included literatures: from 2009 to 2019,the included literatures were 7,5,6,9,13,18,14,16,22,15 and 18,respectively.2.Frequency statistical analysis: a total of 143 literatures were included in this study,and a total of 5501 cases were treated.A total of 24 syndromes,22 treatments,23 prescriptions and 143 TCM herbs were involved,with a total frequency of 1662.(1)syndrome type: the syndrome of liver-kidney Yin deficiency,the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,the syndrome of wind-yang internal movement,the syndrome of liver-kidney deficiency and qi and blood deficiency were the main syndromes,accounting for78.32% of all syndromes.(2)treatment: to nourish the liver and kidney,dispelling wind,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tongluo,nourishing blood,tonifying kidney Yin,zhengan shuanfeng as the main treatment,the frequency are more than 20 times.(3)prescription: with the preparation of the majority,followed by zhengan xifeng soup,gastrodia elata drink,dada wind beads,the frequency of all three are greater than 5 times.Formula: including decoction,granule,capsule,pill,paste,the majority of decoction.(4)Traditional Chinese medicine: there are 24 kinds of medicine taste with 20 times of >,white peony root,gastrodia elata,cooked rehmannia glutinosa,angelica root,licorice root,uncinate vine,dogwood,scorpion,ligusticum chuanxiong,oyster and tortoiseshella are the core drugs for the treatment of this disease,and the occurrence frequency is more than 40 times.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly divided into three categories:tonic for deficiency,liver-calming wind-extinguishing drug,and blood-activating and blood-stasis removing drug,which account for more than 70% of the total application frequency.3.Factor analysis: extract 10 pairs of common factors,F1: polygonum multiflorum and salvia miltiorrhiza;F2: keel,oyster;F3: dogwood,rehmannia glutinosa,wolfberry;F4: scorpion,ground dragon,hook vine;F5: ligusticum chuanxiong and angelica sinensis;F6: acorus tatarinowii,cistanche,astragalus;F7: atractylodes atractylodes,ankylosing silkworm;F8:tortoiseshell,gastrodia elata,achyranthes bidentata;F9: raw rehmannia glutinosa;F10:tuckahoe,paeony,liquorice.4.Cluster analysis: frequency > 20 times the 24 kinds of high frequency were Chinese medicine can be divided into five types:(1)root of herbaceous peony(2)Chinese angelica,uncaria,liquorice(3)prepared radix rehmanniae,gastrodia elata(4)cornel and rhizoma chuanxiong,scorpion,batryticated silkworm,tortoise shell,oysters(5)salvia miltiorrhiza,fleece-flower root,earthworm,twotooth achyranthes root,medlar,stone calamus,atractylodes,poria cocos,keel,radix rehmanniae,desertliving cistanche,astragalus membranaceus.High frequency Chinese medicine category can be grouped into four categories:(1)the first category of tonic drugs,(2)the first category of tonic drugs,(2)the second category of tonic drugs,(3)the drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,(3)the third category of heat-clearing drugs,transpirant drugs,table clearing drugs,astringent drugs,water permeability and dampness drugs,wind-clearing and dampness drugs,phlegm and cough relieving drugs.Conclusion:1.The rule: cure included 143 paper shows the essence of liver and kidney Yin deficiency as the onset of Parkinson’s disease,in addition to
