| Purpose:A controlled clinical To explore the therapeutic effect of Huatan regulating menstruation method on phlegm-dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome,to observe the safety of Huatan Tiaojing decoction,and to explore its therapeutic basis.Method:It is divided into two parts:theoretical literature study and clinical research.Theoretical study is divided into traditional Chinese medicine theoretical literature learning and western medicine theoretical literature learning.Traditional Chinese medicine theory learning mainly through reading,sorting out ancient literature,learning the etiology,pathogenesis,TCM syndromes and treatment of classical prescriptions and proved recipe,the study and treatment of this disease from various schools of modern Chinese medicineThe study of Western medicine theory mainly through the reading of the Chinese literature and foreign literature of the disease,to understand the pathogenesis of the disease,the diagnostic criteria,treatment measures,and the latest progress.34 patients with phlegm-dampness type PCOS who were selected in our hospital were treated with Huatantiaojing decoction for removing dampness and eliminating phlegm,activating blood circulation and regulating menstruation.According to the results of four diagnoses of the patients,the Huatan Tiaojing decoction were added or subtracted,and the treatment period was three months.The ovulation was detected with LH test paper during the prediction of ovulation.Pre and post treatment,the BMIs,sex hormone levels,F-G scores,menstrual cycles of the patients were recorded in detail,and the adverse reactions of the patients were observed to understand the safety of the medication.Finally,according to the clinical results,statistical data were used to obtain the therapeutic effect of Huatan Tiaojing decoction on phlegm-dampness type PCOS patients.Results:①The BMI was significantly lower than that of the former(P<0.01),among them,7 cases had BMI in normal level pre treatment,and 15 cases had BMI in normal level post treatment.②Both biochemical and clinical manifestations of hyperandrogen were significantly improved.The mean T score pre treatment was 58.63 ± 23.42,and post treatment was 41.02 ± 17.51(P<0.01);The F-G score pre treatment was 5.11 ±2.79,and post treatment was 5.05 ± 2.85(P>0.05).③The sexual hormone level of the patients in the group was significantly decreased after treatment.Pre treatment,the mean value of LH was 12.36 ± 5.81,post treatment was 8.65 ± 3.89(P<0.01).The LH/FSH value was also significantly decreased after treatment.The mean value of LH/FSH pre treatment was 2.04± 0.98,and that of LH/FSH post treatment was 1.50 ± 0.99(P<0.01).The FSH value was slightly higher than that before treatment,but had no statistical significance.The mean value of FSH pre treatment was 6.17 ± 1.51,and that of FSH post treatment was 6.32 ±1.55,P=0.586>0.05 with no significance.④The patients in the group had dizziness,severe chest smother,spirit tired,cough and phlegm,sticky stool,drowsiness,decreased significantly and the quality of life was improved.⑤Post treatment,6 patients were able to ovate regularly.The mean value of menstrual cycle score pre treatment was 2.11 ± 0.84,and that post treatment was 1.38 ±0.85(P<0.01).⑥Finally,there were 1 cases of cure,9 cases of remarkable effect,18 cases of effective and 6 cases of ineffective post treatment.The total effective rate was 82.35%.Conclusion:Huatan Tiaojing decoction can improve the menstrual cycle of the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,reduce the weight of the patients,reduce the T level in the blood,improve the symptoms of Hyperandrogenemia,and the drug is safe,has no serious adverse reactions,and can be tolerated.It is worth further resea rching and applying for the benefit of phlegm wet type polycystic ovary syndrome. |
