| Objective:By using wenshenhuatan decoction to treat infertility of pcos with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,the clinical efficacy was evaluated to provide objective basis for TCM treatment of infertility of pcos.Methods:Collected into standard kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness,a total of 66 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility,in accordance with the principle of random divided into control group and treatment group,control group with Daine-35 pretreatment for three months,4 months used letrozole treatment for three months,the treatment group on the basis of this and the wenshenhuatan decoction to party with Chinese traditional medicine,the application of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes quantitative list statistics before and after treatment to observe change of syndromes,the two groups,using enzyme-linked immunoassay detection research object in serum levels of IGF-1,application of chemiluminescence method to detect the object of study T,LH and FSH levels in serum,The changes of IGF-1,T and LH/FSH in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.The ovulation rate of the subjects was detected by B-mode ultrasound,pregnancy rate was observed,and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was comprehensively analyzed.Results:(1)In the TCM syndrome score treatment group,it was 22.39±7.37 before treatment,5.45±2.11 after three months of treatment,and 6.71±3.10 after six months of treatment.The control group was 18.73±8.32 before treatment,9.93±2.23 after 3 months of treatment,and 11.80±4.10 after 6 months of treatment.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).(2)In the treatment group with IGF-1 level,it was 327.97 ± 36.54 ng/ml before treatment and 242.19±40.88ng/ml after 3 months of treatment;in the control group,it was 323.73± 37.67ng/ml before treatment and 279.13± 38.14ng/ml after 3months of treatment.In the T level treatment group,it was 0.69 ± 0.06ng/ml before treatment and 0.31 ± 0.10ng/ml after 3 months of treatment;in the control group,it was 0.67 ± 0.07 ng/ml before treatment and 0.44 ± 0.12 ng/ml after 3 months of treatment.LH/FSH level was 2.36 ± 0.47 before treatment and 1.11 ± 0.21 after 3months of treatment in the control group,while 2.31±0.40 before treatment and 1.47±0.13 after 3 months of treatment in the control group.The serum levels of IGF-1,T and LH/FSH in the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the levels of IGF-1,T and LH/FSH in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)A total of 57 menstrual cycles were observed in 31 patients in the treatment group and 69 menstrual cycles in 30 patients in the control group.Ovulation was observed in 45 menstrual cycles in the treatment group,with a cycle ovulation rate of78.95%.Ovulation was observed in 37 menstrual cycles in the control group,with an ovulation rate of 53.62%.The pregnancy rates of the treatment group and the control group at 4 to 6 months were 45.16% and 20%,respectively.The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the treatment group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The TCM syndrome and endocrine hormone IGF-1,T and LH/FSH levels in infertility patients with pcos with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness can be improved by wenshenhuatan decoction.So as to improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate;No adverse events occurred during treatment and 3 months after treatment.It provides objective basis for treating infertility with kidney deficiency and dampness polycystic ovary syndrome with wenshenhuatan decoction. |
