Research On Process Model Of TCM Syndrome Knowledge Management

TCM syndrome knowledge is an important resource of modern TCM Hospital,which is found,used,stored and inherited in the process of diagnosis and treatment.Many scholars have done a lot of research in the field of syndrome tacit knowledge dominance due to the characteristics of high density,strong specialty and obvious tacit characteristics of syndrome knowledge.However,the problems in the process of syndrome knowledge management in traditional Chinese medicine hospital,such as knowledge loss,low use efficiency and knowledge solidification,have not been effectively solved,resulting in slow learning and growth of medical staff,diagnosis and treatment level and medical treatment.It is difficult to further improve the quality,which will affect patient satisfaction.Based on this,this paper proposes to build a process model of TCM syndrome knowledge management,establish a systematic TCM syndrome knowledge system,promote the interaction and transformation of explicit and implicit knowledge,and improve the use efficiency of TCM syndrome knowledge.In this paper,on the basis of previous studies,the following work is carried out:(1)The positive chain relationship between knowledge management process and hospital performance is proposed.In theory,it puts forward the positive chain relationship among knowledge acquisition,knowledge utilization,knowledge transfer,knowledge evaluation and knowledge solidification in the process of knowledge management;(2)Based on the theory of knowledge management process,this paper puts forward the theoretical model of TCM syndrome knowledge process management.According to the model,five dimensions are set up:syndrome data collection,syndrome data analysis,syndrome knowledge learning,syndrome knowledge evaluation,knowledge base construction and knowledge protection,and further research hypotheses are put forward;(3)Through questionnaire survey,balanced scorecard is used to measure the performance of TCM hospital after carrying out syndrome knowledge process management.The performance is divided into three dimensions:learning and growth,medical quality and process,and patient service.Based on the construction and empirical analysis of the conceptual model of TCM syndrome knowledge process management,this paper proves that there is a positive chain relationship between syndrome knowledge process management and hospital performance,that is,the process of syndrome knowledge management promotes the learning and growth of medical staff,improves the level of medical quality and process management,reduces the randomness and risk of syndrome diagnosis,and then improves patient satisfaction Degree.
