Study On The Correlation Between The Integral Of Chaihu Shugan Powder In The Treatment Of Non-atrophic Gastritis (liver Qi Invades The Stomach) And Pulse Parameters

Purpose:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis（liver qi and stomach）,the correlation betweensyndrome integral and pulse parameter changes was studied.Methods:Sixty-three patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis（liver qi and stomach）diagnosed by symptomology and gastroscopy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the time of treatment.There were 32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group（one in the two groups before the study wascompleted,so it was not included in the statistical range）.Finally,31 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group were included in the statistical analysis.Recordvalid information for all patients in detail.The treatment group was given Chaihu ShuganPowder plus orally;the control group was given omeprazole orally.The course of treatment is1 month.Before and after the treatment,the two groups were counted for each symptom score of TCM,and the pulse information was collected using the LGX-2016H remote wristbandinflatable pulse diagnosis instrument.The syndrome scores of the two groups of patients and the changes of the pulse parameters were compared before and after,and the overall efficacy was evaluated.Results:1 The difference in total scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（P<0.05）.The totaleffective rate was 91.0%in the treatment group and 60.0%in the control group,and the difference was significant（P<0.05）.2 The difference between the symptoms of hernia,fatigue,anorexia,noisy,good attune,and emotional discomfort in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,which was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The difference of the scores of stomach cramps and acid reflux symptoms in the main symptoms of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group,and there was no statistical difference（P>0.05）.3 P1（systolic pulse wave pressure:mmHg）,P2（diastolic pulse wave pressure:mmHg）,H1（main wave amplitude:mmHg）,H1/H2（vascular compliance ratio）in the pulse parameters after treatment in the treatment group There were statistical differences between the twogroups（P<0.05）.The types of pulse before and after treatment in the treatment group changed greatly,and the rate of improvement of the flat pulse was much larger than that of the control group.Conclusion:1 Chaihu Shugan San addition and subtraction is better than the western medicine group in improving the symptoms of emotion,anorexia,hernia,fatigue,noisy and goodness.^[1]In terms of improving stomach pain and acid reflux symptoms,Chaihu Shugan Powder isequivalent to western medicine.2 Chaihu Shugan Powder can not only improve the symptoms of patients in each group butalso improve the correlation index of pulse parameters of patients.It suggests that the addition and subtraction of Chaihu Shugan Powder can not only relieve liver and relieve qi,regulateair and promote gastric motility.To improve the clinical symptoms of chronic non-atrophic gastritis can also reduce vascular compliance^[2].The improvement of the syndrome score represents the improvement of the constitutional syndrome type,and the changes in theparameters of the pulse are related to the improvement of the constitution after the Chinese medicine is conditioned.
