| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Shugan Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with stagnation of liver and stomach qi,and to analyze its regularity comprehensively,so as to extract new theory and new method contained in clinical experience.To summarize the clinical experience of Jianpi Shugan Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with stagnation of liver and stomach qi,and to improve the ability and level of clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM.Methods:Clinical study:60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of stagnation of liver and stomach qi were collected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Weifuchun was used as the control drug.Jianpi Shugan Decoction was used as the treatment group.The two groups were treated for four weeks for two consecutive courses.The symptoms,signs,clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes,gastroscopy and pathological efficacy,and the curative effect of HP eradication were observed respectively.Statistical analysis was made on the relevant observation indicators.Result:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the study period.Conclusion:After treatment with Jianpi Shugan Decoction,the clinical symptoms,signs and integral quantity of TCM symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver-stomach qi stagnation type were significantly improved,which proved the reliable curative effect of Jianpi Shugan Decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis of liver-stomach qi stagnation type. |
