Clinical Observation Of Acupoint Application Therapy Combined With Chinese Herbal Compound In The Treatment Of Hypertensive Nephropathy (CKD3-4)

Objective:In the course of clinical treatment,the clinical effect and quality of life of the patients with chronic renal failure caused by hypertension nephropathy caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and yin and blood stasis were observed.Objective to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of acupoint application therapy for hypertension nephropathy,and then to study the mechanism,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic kidney disease caused by hypertension nephropathy in phase 3-4.Methods:Sixty patients with CKD 3-4 period of deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and yin and blood stasis were selected and divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine combined with application group(30 cases each)in the renal department of affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Two groups of routine healthy lifestyle intervention: secondary care,low-salt low-fat low-quality low-protein diet guidance,blood pressure once a day measurement,ban alcohol and tobacco,appropriate and reasonable exercise,do not tired,avoid cold,Routine injection of Shenkang injection 60 ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection 200 ml once a day,Haikunshenxi capsule 5 days three times oral,oral administration of nifedipine controlled release tablets(Baxintong Pao).Traditional Chinese medicine group Three times a day,100 ml of Shenshuai decoction,an oral decoction,was taken in our hospital.On the basis of the treatment plan of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the traditional Chinese medicine combined with the self-made plaster acupoint application was used in our hospital,15 days a day as a course of treatment,and after one course of treatment,the patients’ serum creatinine was observed.Changes of urea nitrogen and urine routine and improvement of clinical symptoms.Results:1.After treatment,the blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,urine routine,blood pressure in the two groups were lower than before,with statistical significance,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups;2.After treatment,the patients nausea,vomiting,lumbar acid,fatigue and other symptoms of relief,Chinese medicine combined with the application group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group,there is statistical significance;3.In terms of lowering blood pressure,the antihypertensive stability of TCM combined with application group was better than that of TCM group.Conclusions:1.The effect of comprehensive treatment on CKD3-4 in patients with hypertension due to hypertension is obvious;2.Acupoint application as an auxiliary external therapy for hypertensive nephropathy,in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,Chinese medicine combined with application group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group;3.The application of acupoint application therapy in patients with chronic renal failure is helpful for the regulation of hypertension.
