A Retrospective Clinical Study Of 170 Cases Of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4 With The Modification Of Shenshuaifang Combined With Acupoint Application

Purpose:Objective to analyze the changes of renal function and clinical syndromes in patients with chronic kidney disease(3-4 stages)by analyzing the effects of combination of renal failure and prescription plus acupoint application,and discuss the clinical efficacy of CKD3-4 combined with acupoint application.Material and method:Patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Nephrology at the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in May 2016-2017 were diagnosed as 170 cases of chronic kidney disease in 3-4 stages,which were divided into two groups.In the control group,82 cases were treated with conventional western medicine on the basis of symptomatic treatment.The observation group 88 cases in the control group based on the given center of our hospital pharmaceutical production of acupoint sticking therapy,2 weeks treatment(the average hospitalization period of about 14 days for 1 course),observed in each period of serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),eGFR value,TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment,to observe its curative effect.Results: 1.After two groups of treatment,Scr and BUN decreased compared with before treatment,eGFR increased,TCM syndrome scores were improved,compared with those before treatment,there were significant differences(P < 0.05 to 0.01).2.The observation group was obviously superior to the control group in the improvement of Scr and eGFR,and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05 to 0.01),especially the effect of CKD4 period was the most obvious.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups of BUN(P > 0.05).3.The two groups of TCM syndrome scores were compared,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05 to 0.01).4.Under standardized operation,there is no obvious adverse reaction to kidney failure and acupoint application.Conclusion:The combination of kidney failure plus subtraction combined with acupoint application has a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of 3-4 stages of chronic kidney disease,especially for the improvement of clinical symptoms.
