Clinical Observation Of Shenshuaining Combined With Acupoint Application In Treatment Of Stage CKD3-4 Digestive Tract Symptoms

Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment of patients with CKD 3-4 gastrointestinal symptoms with Shenshuaining tablets combined with acupoint application,and then to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapy.Methods:The subject of this subject is 70 patients who were admitted to the nephrology department and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020to January 2021.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 35 cases each.The control group was treated with Western medicine conventional treatment plus Shenshuaining tablets,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture points on the basis of the control group.After four weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,gastrointestinal symptoms（GSRS）,Serum creatinine（Scr）,serum urea nitrogen（BUN）,carbon dioxide binding capacity（CO₂CP）,serum potassium（K）,serum phosphorus（P）,serum calcium（Ca）,hemoglobin（HB）,glomerular filtration rate（GFR）changes,and make a systematic evaluation of curative effect.Results:1.Shenshuaining tablets combined with acupoint application have a good effect on the treatment of CKD 3-4 gastrointestinal symptoms.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 87.88%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 78.13%.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.2.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and gastrointestinal symptoms of the two groups decreased to varying degrees compared with those before treatment.The gastrointestinal symptoms of the treatment group improved more significantly,and the curative effect was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）.3.After treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN,and P in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels of Ca and HB increased compared with those before treatment（P<0.05）.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）;GFR,CO₂CP The level was higher than before treatment（P<0.05）,and there was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups（P>0.05）;there was no significant change within or between groups before and after K treatment（P>0.05）.Conclusion:1.Shenshuaining tablets combined with acupoint application can significantly alleviate gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,belching,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,and diarrhea in patients with stage CKD3-4.2.Shenshuaining tablets combined with acupoint application can improve the renal function of patients with CKD3-4 gastrointestinal symptoms to a certain extent.3.Shenshuaining tablets combined with acupoint application in the treatment of CKD 3-4 gastrointestinal symptoms is better than pure Shenshuaining tablets,and the effect is good.
