Clinical Effects Of Qingxin Lianziyin Combined With Acupoint Therapy On Proteinuria Of Qi Yin Two Deficiency Type In Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 1-2

Objective: Qingxin Lianzi Decoction combined with acupuncture therapy was used to treat chronic kidney disease stage 1-2 proteinuria with deficiency of both qi and yin.The data before and after treatment were analyzed,and the curative effect was comprehensively evaluated,which provided an effective scheme for TCM to treat chronic kidney disease stage1-2proteinuria with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods: Seventy-four patients with chronic kidney disease stage 1-2 with proteinuria due to deficiency of both qi and yin were divided into experimental group and control group,among which 37 patients in control group were treated with oral Corsuya on the basis of basic treatment of western medicine.37 cases in the experimental group were treated with oral Qingxin Lianzi Decoction combined with acupuncture and acupoint application.Both groups were treated for 3 courses,and one course lasted for 30 days.After the course of treatment,the changes of urinary microalbumin,24-hour urine protein quantitative,urine protein qualitative,blood creatinine,glomerular filtration rate and TCM syndrome were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Relevant data were collected and analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.ResuLts: 1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups,which was comparable(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the total syndrome score of both groups has curative effect(P < 0.05);The curative effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).The experimental group has a good effect on the improvement of main symptoms and secondary symptoms(P < 0.05);In the control group,there was no significant change in the treatment of self-restraint and edema(P > 0.05).The curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of indicators of western medicine: the two groups have curative effects on reducing urinary microalbumin,qualitative and quantitative analysis of 24-hour urinary protein(P < 0.05);The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in reducing urinary microalbumin,qualitative and quantitative indexes of 24-hour urinary protein(P < 0.01).The two groups had similar effects before and after the reduction of serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate(P > 0.05).4.The total effective rate of the experimental group is 91%,that of the control group is69%,that of western medicine is 91% and that of the control group is 75%.The overall curative effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Safety evaluation: During the treatment,the blood routine,stool routine,liver function and electrocardiogram of the two groups were normal,and there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion: Qinglianziyin combined with acupuncture acupoint application has obvious curative effect on improving clinical symptoms and western medicine indexes of proteinuria of deficiency of both qi and yin in chronic kidney disease stage 1-2.
