Research On The Cultivation Of Medical Ethics And Morality For Medical Students

Along with the social value of the life consciousness of the obvious enhancement and the rapid development of medical technology,medicine and human survival and development of the increasingly close relationship,the contradiction between doctors and patients in recent years,the doctor-patient relationship disputes have affected the development of medical and health undertakings in our country,because of the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship to patients on hospital and the doctor's high expectations and don't know of new medical technology such as information asymmetry problem,on the other hand,some staff does exist,the lack of medical ethics problems.By studying the cultivation of medical ethics under the new situation,this paper finds out the main phenomena of the lack of medical ethics in the current society,analyzes the causes of these phenomena,and provides the measures and methods for reference.This paper studies the phenomenon of lacking of medical ethics and morality,and develops medical ethics and morality cultivation for medical students in university.This paper is divided into three parts! The first part defines the connotation of me dical ethics,introduces the objectives,contents and methods of medical ethics cultivat ion,and analyzes the significance of medical ethics cultivation for medical students fr om the aspects of improving medical students' professional quality,constructing harm onious and good medical treatment and promoting the implementation of healthy Chi na strategy.The second part expounds the problems existing in the cultivation of medical ethics and morality for medical students,such as the unreasonable curriculum setting,the poor performance of educators' functions,the insufficient emphasis on the cultivation of educatee's deviant medical ethics and morality,and the unfinished long-term education mechanism,and then analyzes the specific reasons for these problems.The third part discusses the medical students medical ethics cultivation countermeasure to resolve the problem,based on the analysis of the causes of the second part of the problem,put forward to improve medical ethics course system,pay attention to the medical ethics teaching actual effect of moral cultivation course,mobilize the educated subject consciousness,strengthening the construction of medical ethics,to foster a long-term mechanism of countermeasures,have a certain feasibility and academic.
