Background Biological research is the basis of medical development,involving the life physics research medical experimental project,is a research task in the whole process of human participation in the experiment.Because human participation in experimental research is relatively passive and prone to all kinds of risks,how to effectively ensure the smooth development and healthy development of medical research,so as to strengthen the level of human health,Better implementation of ethical problems is a hot topic in social discussion at this stage.Purpose The emergence of medical ethics effectively solves such problems.At present,with the rapid development of society,medical technology is more diversified.The social attention to scientific research,new medical technology and new projects and other medical related fields has increased,driving the development of medical field at the same time,It also brings great challenges to the development of medical ethics.A large number of scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of analysis on the current situation and review of the medical ethics committee,and achieved good research results.With the research and practice of scholars and medical ethics committee,the development of medical research in China is promoted.But dialectically,the theoretical research and practice of the Medical Ethics Committee have just started in China,and there are still some shortcomings to be improved.The medical institutions have carried out ethical review work one after another.In order to ensure that the research process and research results of Anhui medical institutions meet the research behavior of public morality and human ethics,ensure the life and health of human subjects and human subjects.Methods Based on this,this paper chooses to analyze and study the ethical review of the ethics committee of medical institutions in Anhui Province.Give priority to the research background and significance,research methods and domestic and foreign research status,to increase the understanding of the topic.After that,the theoretical definition,connotation and ethical review principle of medical institution ethics committee are analyzed,which is helpful to understand the ethical review standard of medical institution ethics committee and carry out the examination work according to the standard standardization.In this paper,we use the questionnaire method to understand the relevant staff of Hefei provincial hospitals in Anhui Province,and investigate the current situation of hospital ethics review,the difficulties faced by ethical review,and the countermeasures to improve the current situation.Results Based on the methods of literature review,comparative research and quality control,Self-designed questionnaires,A questionnaire was sent to the staff of Hefei Provincial Hospital in Anhui Province,Conducting questionnaires,The 158 related staff of Hefei Provincial Hospital in Anhui Province,As a subject,Thirty men,128 women,A total of 158.Of the 158 people involved,≤30,120,37 persons aged 31-40,One person aged 41-50,51-60,0,Over 61.This survey designed 100 questions about ethical review,Combined with the results of 158 questionnaires,percentage charts,Analysis of factors affecting the effectiveness of ethics review in Anhui Province,And the lack of ethical review.Conclusions(1)There are some common problems in the current ethics review of medical institutions in Anhui Province,such as the lack of specific work guidelines and unified operating standards,the need for further standardization of the review organization,the need to improve the review system of the medical ethics committee,the lack of publicity and training work of the medical ethics committee,and the loopholes in data management.(2)In view of the inadequacy of the ethical review of medical examination institutions in Anhui Province,combined with the recommendations of the hospital staff in the questionnaire,medical treatment may attempt to achieve this by improving the system,strengthening training and establishing unified standards for examination and specific work guidelines,which will help to guide the ethical review of medical institutions in Anhui Province and ensure the standardization of the review.
