To Explore The Medication Rule In Chronic Prostatitis Syndrome Differentiation Based On Data Mining

Purpose : In this study,the prescription data of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis in the database were sorted out,and the current medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis were analyzed with the help of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Support System(V2.5),so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of chronic prostatitis.Method:In this study,the data mining method was used to search the literature related to the treatment of chronic prostatitis by traditional Chinese medicine from three Chinese databases(CNKI Full-text Database,VIP Medical Resource System Database and Wanfang Database)in the past 20 years(June 2002 to June 2022),and to formulate the inclusion and exclusion criteria for the literature.Complete medical records that meet the requirements shall be screened,Excel file named "TCM Treatment of Chronic prostatitis" shall be established,prescription data of TCM treatment of chronic prostatitis in literature shall be extracted,drug names and other data shall be unified and standardized."Traditional Chinese Medicine Support System(V2.5)" shall be used to apply the two systems of statistical reports and data analysis in the platform.Systematic induction and analysis were carried out on the frequency,four qi,five flavor,meridian conversion and formula formulation.Result:A total of 14,652 relevant literatures were retrieved,and 306 literatures were included after screening.A total of 306 medical cases and 306 prescriptions for TCM treatment of chronic prostatitis were screened out.The following results were obtained after data entry into the platform and systematic sorting,induction andAnalysis:1.Analysis of drug frequency: Among the 306 prescriptions included,279 traditional Chinese medicines were included,with a total frequency of 4095 times.The top 10 prescriptions from high to low were: Phellodendron chinense,licorice,achyranthes bidentata,poria cocos,Saponaria vaccaria,Paeonia rubra,chinses angelica,plantain sees,salvia miltiorrhiza and patrinia villosa;2.Statistics of four Qi: In the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine to treat chronic prostate,the four qi is mainly cold,accounting for about 40.46%,followed by warm and calm drugs,cool and heat drugs also occupy part of the proportion.3.Statistics of five tastes: In the prescription of TCM treatment of chronic prostatitis,the five tastes were bitter,sweet and occinent,accounting for about 90.52%,followed by acid,salty and astringent drugs.4.Meridian normalization statistics: In the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic prostatitis,the traditional Chinese medicine meridian normalization mainly includes liver,spleen and kidney channels,followed by some drug normalization of stomach,heart,lung,bladder,large intestine,bile,small intestine,pericardium and triple energizer meridian;5.Results of prescription rule analysis: Based on association rule analysis,51 groups of commonly used drug combinations for chronic prostatitis treatment were obtained in TCM treatment of chronic prostatitis,including 21 types of drugs.By adjusting the "degree of support",the core drug combinations of traditional Chinese medicine for Chronic prostatitis treatment were analyzed: Phellodendron chinense,achyranthes bidentata,Saponaria vacccaria,plantain seed and licorice;When "Confidence" is set to0.9,select confidence >0.9.49 rules were obtained by association rule analysis and statistics,which intuitively demonstrated the relationship between drugs;6.Results of new prescription analysis: Through cluster analysis,38125 data were obtained based on 306 prescriptions in this study.17 pairs of drug pairs with correlation coefficient ≥0.015 were extracted.Through data mining based on entropy clustering and improved mutual information method,8 core drug combinations and4 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.Through systematic analysis,it is concluded that the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis in modern literature is mainly to clear heat and dehumidification,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and relieve pain,which is consistent with the clinical practice.Commonly used cold,warm,flat drugs,mainly attributed to the liver,spleen,kidney meridian,followed by stomach,heart meridian,from the whole,both weak and solid;By association rule analysis and entropy cluster analysis,common drug combinations,core drugs,drug pairs and new prescriptions were obtained,which can be used in the treatment of chronic prostatitis after syndrome differentiation and treatment,four-diagnosis combination and addition and reduction;2.Objective and reliable prescription data for the treatment of chronic prostatitis were obtained by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Support System,providing certain scientific value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic prostatitis.
