Exploration Of Luo Yongjia’s Medication Rules For LEASO Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform

ObjectiveWith the help of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5),analyze the medication rules of Professor Luo Yongjia in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,summarize clinical experience,inherit the ideas of famous experts,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.MethodsA retrospective study was conducted on the outpatient cases of patients diagnosed with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who visited Professor Luo Yongjia’s expert clinic in Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2016 to December 31,2022.The medical records meeting the inclusion criteria were normalized processed and the database was improved.The statistical report and data analysis module of the software were applied to calculate the symptoms,drugs,medicinal property and flavors,meridians and drug association rules in the database prescription,and the core combination of drugs and potential new prescriptions were obtained by means of entropy cluster analysis.The results were reflected in the form of charts.The statistical results were analyzed and the medication rules of Professor Luo Yongjia in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were summarized.Results1.General situation: Of the 144 medical records included in this study,101 were male patients,accounting for 70.14%;There were 43 female patients,accounting for 29.86%.Among 144 patients,the age distribution in the 71-80 age range was the largest,accounting for 25.69%,followed by the 40-50 age range,accounting for22.96%.2.Statistics of the diagnostic information: There are 116 kinds of the most common clinical symptoms and signs in 144 cases of this study,33 kinds of symptoms and signs with frequency ≥ 10,and the top 10 symptoms and signs are pain,decreased arterial pulsation,white fur,numbness,ulceration,intermittent claudication,low skin temperature,cooling of affected limbs,light tongue,and pulseless.3.Statistics of drug frequency: There are 132 traditional Chinese medicines used in 144 prescriptions,and there are 46 kinds of drugs with frequency ≥ 10 times.The drugs with the highest frequency of use are Gancao,Huangqi,Chuanxiong,Danggui,Guizhi,Baishao,Danshen,Jixueteng,Taoren,Dangshen.4.Statistics of drug properties and tastes:The four qi of Professor Luo Yongjia’s commonly used drugs are mostly warm,cold and flat;The five flavors are mostly sweet,bitter and pungent;The meridians are mainly liver,spleen,heart and lung.5.Prescription rules: 36 pairs of commonly used drug combinations were obtained,such as Huangqi-Gancao,Huangqi-Danggui,Chuanxiong-Gancao,Huangqi-Guizhi,Chuanxiong-Huangqi,and the core drugs were Huangqi,Baishao,Guizhi,Chuanxiong,Danshen,Danggui,Gancao,Taoren,Jixueteng.6.New prescription combination: extract 8 core drug combinations and get 4 potential new party combinations such as Jixueteng＿Danshen＿Yimucao＿Zhigancao＿Mu danpi,Danshen＿Shengdihuang＿Yimucao＿Maidong＿Shihu,Baishao＿Jinyinhua＿Maodong qing＿Yanhusuo,Guizhi＿Dazao＿Fangfeng＿Huangqi＿Dilong.Conclusion1.In this study,the incidence rate of LEASO is higher in men than in women,and the age of incidence is 71-80 years old.2.Professor Luo Yongjia believes that LEASO disease is located in blood vessels,with deficiency as the foundation,blood stasis,cold dampness and heat toxicity as the signs,and blood stasis blocking collagms as the basic pathogenesis of the disease.3.After summary of clinical experience and clinical symptoms of patients,LEASO can be roughly divided into four syndromes,namely syndrome of blood stasis and collagal-blocking,syndrome of heat-toxin obstruction,syndrome of Yin deficiency and syndrome of Yang qi deficiency.During the treatment,Professor Luo Yongjia will promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis throughout the treatment,and add and subtract drugs according to the clinical symptoms.He also uses clearing heat,diuresis,nourishing Yin,warming Yang and dispelling cold as the methods,and commonly use drugs such as sweet,warm,mild,pungent and bitter.4.This study analyzed the medication rules of Professor Luo Yongjia in the treatment of LEASO through data mining,and concluded that his clinical treatment emphasized the characteristics of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis without damaging new blood,clearing heat and dampness without damaging Yin,and supplementing qi and warming yang without leaving evil,taking into account the overall balance of Yin and Yang.At the same time,he put people first and paid attention to the psychological condition of patients.
