Clinical Study On Huxin Zhitong Decoction In Treating Angina Pectoris With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Percutaneous Coronary Stent Implantation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huxinzhitong Decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary stent implantation,and to provide clinical reference for the clinical treatment of angina pectoris after stent implantation.Methods:All cases were from patients with recurrent angina after PCI in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and classified by a simple random method.For the test group(additional Huxinzhitong decoction group)and the control group(conventional western medicine group),30 cases in each group,and corresponding treatment plans were given.After taking the medicine for 4weeks,observe the symptom scores before and after treatment.Changes in laboratory and imaging examination results.Results:1.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the test group and the control group were lower than before the test,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05 in the test group,P=0.000<0.05 in the control group),the total score in the test group The reduction was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016<0.05);the comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.131>0.05),there was no significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups.2.After treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks in the experimental group and the control group was lower than before the test,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.05 in the test group,P=0.000<0.05 in the control group),and the reduction in the number of angina pectoris in the treatment group was greater than In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001<0.05);in the comparison of the curative effect of angina pectoris,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 83%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 47%.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Statistically significant(P=0.002<0.05).3.After treatment,comparing the curative effect of electrocardiogram changes,the total effective rate of the test group was 50%,and the total effective rate of the control group was43%.The difference was not statistically significant(P=0.640>0.05).There was no significant difference in the curative effect of the two groups of patients.4.After treatment,comparison of the efficacy of nitroglycerin onset time,the total effective rate of the test group is 90%,the total effective rate of the control group is 63%,the efficacy of the test group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P=0.011<0.05).Conclusion:Adding Huxinzhitong Decoction to treat angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary stent implantation and pure Western medical treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the number of angina pectoris,shorten the onset time of nitroglycerin,and combine the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment Overall better than pure Western medical treatment.
