Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Dysmenorrhea (Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Stasis Syndrome) Caused By Adenomyosis With Self-made Zhitong Xiaoji Decoction

Objective: Based on Chinese evidence-based medicine,this study observed the clinical efficacy and safety of self-designed Zhitongxiaoji prescription in the treatment of patients with dysmenia caused by adenomyosis(syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis),and statistically analyzed the differences by comparing it with Sanjiezhentong capsule,a traditional Chinese medicine preparation,to seek a new way to explore the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods: This study collected in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatient service of Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics and gynecology clinic accord with standard issued in 72 cases of this study,the patients between the ages of 30 to 50 years old,and all data acquisition time from December 2019 to December 2020.Hospital visits since the order,according to the principle of randomized,controlled study was divided into two groups,the treatment group oral from pain subsides muscle,control group fights analgesia capsule,oral Chinese medicine preparations in each group of 36 cases.Because of various objective factors,two sets off 3 cases respectively,33 cases in each group into the final group,two groups of treatment of three menstrual cycles.This study by observing compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of dysmenorrhea,TCM syndrome total integral,primary symptom integral and the integral situation,statistical analysis and safety indicators of inspection,to fit the pain subsides to outcome and safety of muscle.Results:1.The comprehensive curative effect: treatment group total effectiveness 87.88%,control group total effectiveness 66.67%,differences between the two groups have statistical significance,to illustrate the pain subsides muscle the comprehensive curative effect is significantly better than fights analgesia capsule group.(P < 0.01)2.Therapeutic effect of dysmenorrhea: the effective rate of the treatment group was93.94%,and that of the control group was 84.85%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P < 0.05)3.Efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes: the effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and the effective rate of the control group was 75.76%.To two groups statistically significant,the pain subsides muscle group relieve clinical symptom curative effect is better.(P < 0.05)4.Compare the primary symptom of traditional Chinese medicine: visible in the two groups before the period or the lower abdomen pain,menstrual quantity increased,the color and the quality and duration of abdominal pain has good curative effect,treatment groups in all primary symptom curative effect with the control group have obvious difference.(P <0.05)5.All disease of traditional Chinese medicine comparison: in a loss of libido,body tired limbs heavy,down more than three aspects: the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group(P < 0.05);Treatment group and control group in the two aspects of lumbar debility,complexion dark treatment.(P > 0.05)6.Safety observation: the treatment group and control group were not seen upset stomach,and allergic reaction,headache,dizziness and other adverse events.Conclusion: Both groups could relieve dysmenorrhea and other accompanying symptoms in patients with dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis(syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis),and no adverse events occurred in both groups.However,the self-designed Zhitongxiaoji decoction in the treatment group had better efficacy compared with the control group Sanjiezhentong capsule.Therefore,the self-designed Zhitongxiaoji decoction has a clear and safe effect on dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis without side effects.
