| Objective?This study is based on the analysis of the scientific evidence and current situation investigation(clinical situation,patient willingness)of"Chinese medicine nursing program for stroke and cerebral infarction" and the current situation,combined with expert consensus method to optimize the acute stroke(cerebral infarction)Period and recovery period Chinese medicine care program,so that its content and recommended items have research evidence to follow.?At the same time,this optimization process is used to explore the methodology of formulating evidence-based TCM nursing guidelines by means of expert consensus method,in order to provide reference for the development of Chinese medicine nursing guidelines.Method?The scope of literature search was determined by the expert consultation method,and 30 qualified experts were selected from 6 third-class Chinese medicine hospitals in Beijing;?The literature research method was used to systematically search the evidence;the search scope included Chinese and English databases;The selection criteria are used to select the literature;the quality of the included literature is evaluated;the literature is integrated into the evidence body and the quality of the evidence body is evaluated according to the evaluation criteria of the Chinese medicine evidence body;and the evidence support for the Chinese medicine nursing research is finally determined.?Evidence support situation development expert consultation letter for 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation to determine the key points of TCM nursing technology,preliminary integration of recommendation strength;?Integration of pre-information materials,expert demonstration meeting,forming the final recommendation intensity of each item,and for each recommendation item The formation process is evaluated;?
