Purpose: To use the Delphi method to establish a scientific standard in accordance with the actual clinical practice of radiation proctitis diagnosis and treatment expert consensus,for clinical differentiation and treatment to provide a reference and basis.Methods: On the basis of previous literature retrieval,screening and evaluation,the first round of expert questionnaire was designed,which included diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prevention and nursing of radiation proctitis.40 selected experts were e-mailed.The collected questionnaire was collected,and the data was inputted into Microsoft Office Excel 2003.By calculating the degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions,the second round of expert questionnaire was formed.The second round of questionnaire was sent to 40 experts in the same way.Using the same method again statistical analysis of the second round of the questionnaire,The third round questionnaire is the draft of "expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of radioactive proctitis".The third round of questionnaire was sent to 10 experts,and the expert opinion is collected and sorted out,and the first draft of the third questionnaire "the expert in the diagnosis and treatment of radiation proctitis" is formed.Results: Three rounds of expert questionnaires were collected from 36 cases and 37 samples were collected and 10 copies were collected respectively.The positive coefficient of experts was 92.5 and 100.After three rounds of expert questionnaires,the consensus of experts in the diagnosis and treatment of radiation proctitis was formed: the unified name of the disease was intestinal cavities;The common TCM syndromes in integral syndrome differentiation are divided into heat toxin type,cold heat disorder type,spleen deficiency dampness stagnation type,spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,yin deficiency deficiency type,and the common enteroscopy syndrome differentiation type in local syndrome differentiation is divided into heat toxin injury collaterals type.In the treatment,the recommended prescription for heat toxin and collateral injury is Gegen Qinlian decoction,Baitouweng decoction,Paeoniao decoction,cold and heat wrong.Banxia Xiexin decoction,Wumei Pill,spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation are added and subtracted,spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency are added and subtracted by Fuzi Lizhong Pill,Sishen Pill is added or subtracted,and Real Human Yang-deficiency decoction is decreased.The recommended prescription of Yin deficiency deficiency syndrome is Liuwei Dihuang Pill,and the enema therapy is standardized: the enema is dissolved with 100 ml normal saline,the solution temperature is3739 ?,the intubation depth is 15 ~ 20 cm,the drip time is 30 minutes,the retention time is 2 hours,the acute phase is twice a day,Chronic period 1 time per day,symptom relief changed to another day 1;treatment course of treatment for 2 weeks of acute;chronic phase four weeks and six weeks.Conclusion: In the standardized study of TCM diagnosis and treatment,Delphi method is a very important method,which is scientific,practical and objective,and through the application of Delphi method to the name,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of radioactive proctitis.The standardized study of prevention and nursing has established the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of radioactive proctitis,which provides a reference for the clinical workers to understand and treat the disease,and lays a foundation for the prevention and treatment of radioactive proctitis in traditional Chinese medicine at the same time.
