Clinical Observation Of Guben Zhixue Decoction Combined With Dafutong In The Treatment Of Metrorrhagia And Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective: By observing and comparing the clinical effect of Guben Zhixue decoction combined with Dafutong in treating spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in menopausal transitional period,this paper provides the basis for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 60 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in the period of menopausal bleeding were selected(from January2017 to June 2017)in the outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics department of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine.Two groups were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).All the patients were treated for 10 days.The recent hemostasis effect,TCM syndromes,symptom score,hemoglobin content and HB were observed in the two groups after treatment.The changes of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)were evaluated.Results :(1).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease,days of bleeding and degree of illness.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2).The two groups had significant curative effects in recent period of hemostasis and improvement of TCM symptoms.In addition,the therapeutic effect of Guben Zhixue decoction combined with Dafutong group was higher than that of Dafutong group(P < 0.05).(3).After treatment,the values of HB,PT and APTT in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the curative effect of Guben Zhixue decoction combined with Dafuetong group was more significant than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4).There were no adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group during the treatment.Conclusion: Guben Zhixue decoction combined with Dafutong in treating patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney during menopausal transitional period of collapse and bleeding was more effective thanDafutong group in recent period of hemostasis and improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with the control group,it can effectively increase the HB level,improve the coagulation function of the patients,and is safe in clinical use.The treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in menopausal transitional period with Dafutong combined with Guben Zhixue decoction has its clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
