Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney With Yuchi Guben Decoction Based On The Theory Of "One Qi Circulation"

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of “Yuchi Guben Decoction” in the treatment of premature ejaculation with deficiency of spleen and kidney,to evaluate its effectiveness and safety,and to explore the guiding significance of “one qi circulation” theory in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of premature ejaculation(deficiency of spleen and kidney)were selected from the demonstration clinic of Longjiang Medical Sect of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2021 to October 2021.The patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 people in each group.The treatment group was given “Yuchi Guben Decoction” for 4 weeks,and the control group was given dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets 3 hours before sexual life,There were no shedding cases in both groups during the experiment.Four scales of IELT,PEDT,spouse sexual life satisfaction,and TCM symptom score were recorded before and after treatment.The data before and after treatment and between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:1.IELT score: After treatment,the IELT scores of the two groups were significantly improved,the difference within the group was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05);2.PEDT score:After treatment,the PEDT score of the two groups decreased signific-antly,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was significant difference between groups(P<0.05);3.TCM symptom score:After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased significantly,the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Sexual life satisfaction:After treatment,the sexual life satisfaction of patients in the two groups was significantly improved,and the difference within the group was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.“Yuchi Guben Decoction” and dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets can improve the IELT,PEDT,spouse sexual life satisfaction and TCM symptom score of premature ejaculation patients with “deficiency of spleen and kidney”;2.“Yuchi Guben decoction” has better effect and safety than dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets in improving the curative effect index of TCM symptoms;3.Through this study,it is considered that the theory of “one qi circulation” has important guiding significance for clinical treatment of premature ejaculation.
