The logistics system network is a circulation process of goods consisting of storage nodes and transportation lines from resource points to demand points.It is a spatial structure.It is of great significance for enterprises to choose a suitable place to establish a distribution center and optimize the transportation network path,and to construct a reasonable logistics network model to improve the efficiency of enterprise distribution and save transportation costs.This paper that based on the optimization of resource allocation after the integration and reorganization of Company A's logistics business,selects the location of the new distribution center and the optimization of the transportation network path as the research content.Through the analysis of warehouse distribution of A company in Guangdong Province,internal warehouse problems,warehouse cost structure,transportation network status and problems,and future business growth,the necessity of A company resource optimization is proposed.In the research process,the location model of the new distribution center of Company A was established by the centre-of-gravity method.Through the statistics,the specific coordinate positions of each warehouse in the Guangdong area of A company are investigated,and the corresponding coordinate distribution map is established,and the function center model was used to solve the optimal center of gravity position.Then,according to the results of the centre-of-gravity method,using the saving algorithm of the improved constraint in the heuristic algorithm,the constraints are adjusted so that the vehicle loading rate is the largest to constrain the transportation path,and the new distribution center is calculated to each local city warehouse and According to the distance between the warehouses in different cities and related savings,the transportation route optimization plan of the new distribution center is designed accordingly.By comparing and analyzing the changes in transportation costs before and after the establishment of the new distribution center of Company A,after the construction of the new distribution center,the transportation cost of about 5 million yuan can be saved every year,and a better optimization effect is achieved.At the same time,it also shows that the selection of the centre-of-gravity method and the saving algorithm to optimize the transportation path have certain reference and reference significance for the construction of the new distribution center of A company.
