With the rapid development of science and technology and global economic integration,the logistics industry has become the foundation of social service industry,but it is in the society and economy in a very important position.Distribution is one of the most important link in the logistics activities,it is the core content of modern logistics activities,directly related to the operation and development enterprise,distribution center and distribution path are two factors affecting the distribution.The business continues to expand the scale of increase with time,leading to the enterprise and customers to improve distribution requirements,high efficiency,fast delivery has become the pursuit of the goal.The distribution route of distribution center location right and low transportation costs can not only for enterprises to reduce costs,but also can improve the overall competition and the level of customer satisfaction.Therefore,enterprises solve distribution problems should focus on the location of the distribution center and distribution path optimization.This paper is around A the company's distribution center location and distribution path optimization is studied.Firstly,introduces the background,significance,related research status at home and abroad and the main research contents.Then,research and analysis of the distribution situation of A company,establishes the evaluation model and evaluation index system,using entropy TOPSIS on the four distribution center of A company selected chosen for analysis and evaluation.Finally,according to the new distribution center selection path optimization model is established,and the use of genetic algorithm and Matlab to choose the new distribution center for the study of distribution path optimization.
