In view of rapid development of science and technology in current world,China has seen its comprehensive power improved significantly and general public has increased their demands for substantial living standard.In such context,the market scale of domestic convenient store sector is continuously increasing with a great deal of social fund ushering in.Based on a series of demands such as convenience,comprehensive service and safety and hygiene,convenient store sector is different from previous convenient stores,standardization,convenience,completeness and onlineoffline integration are new requirements for branded convenient stores.In order to meet these requirements,quick and professional logistic service is the fundamental support.However,as for the status quo of domestic sector,rapid development of convenient store sector has also facilitated related logistic development in recent years.Such issues as short period and low starting point imperfect software and hardware facilities result in lagged logistic management system and idea,overall logistic capability is in a relatively low level and logistic support capability has become a bottleneck for further development of the sector.It can be found through analysis on the supply chain of convenient store sector that the biggest restriction of logistic capability lies in the distribution step.Because the characteristics including small batch and high frequency as well as complex downtown traffic conditions result in distribution difficulty.Based on the analysis on status quo of logistic development of convenient store sector and industrial development trend in the future,this article emphasizes the importance of the distribution step.Taking DA Warehousing Company as example,the article analyzes the status quo of the company,determines the research background of the case,and describes the site selection of the distribution center and the optimization of the distribution path.Contents are as follows:1.To study DS Warehousing Company,understand its demands for logistic and distribution capability through analysis on company background,operation situation,business mode,operation flow and future planning,and offer a solution.2.On the site selection of the distribution center,the article firstly illustrates with the center-of-gravity method and improves the method.In selecting the center of gravity,the article combines it with actual situation to restrain various conditions,calculates the preliminary site,and examines and sorts out the alternative schemes.On this basis,the article assesses various schemes,conducts secondary fuzzy processing on the data under assessment by combining the triangular fuzzy hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to guarantee the objectivity of the assessment process and avoid possible deviations in conventional qualitative evaluation.3.On path optimization,the article uses LINGO program,similar to TSP issue,to make the re-planning of the distribution path adopted in current stage with the newly selected location of the distribution center as the core and relying on the stock and location of each store to seek the shortest total path with distribution efficiency guaranteed and ensure the feasibility with the support of validation test.
