The Study On The Evaluation Of The Development Level Of New Urbanization In Anhui

Spain scholar Sete first proposed the word urbanization,the English name is urbanisation,and foreign translation for urbanization.The Party's report at the 18th National Congress suggested that we should stick to the road of new forms of industrialization,informatization,urbanization,agriculturalization and modernization with the characteristics of China,and establish new types of urbanization as an important means to promote growth and increase domestic demand.The new urbanization is not only concerned with population,economy,space and social development.It also emphasizes the pursuit of coordinated development of ecological environment and common development.The urbanization rate of Anhui Province in 2016 was 51.99%,which was 57.35%lower than that of China.Anhui Province is located in the middle of China.It is a rising province.The level of urbanization in Anhui Province is increasing year by year,although the level of urbanization is different.To study the level of urbanization in Anhui Province can play a representative role in China's urbanization.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of urbanization research,the purpose and research status at home and abroad,as well as research methods and research innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of urbanization in Anhui province,and analyzes the indicators of population,economy,social life,infrastructure and ecological environment urbanization in Anhui province from 2008 to 2016.The third chapter first proposes the principle of constructing urbanization indicators,according to the relevant literature and data,and then constructs 22 indicators reflecting the level of urbanization.Principal component analysis was used to determine the principal component scores of new urbanization in 16 cities of Anhui province in 2016.according to the scores and cluster analysis,16 cities of Anhui province were classified into 4 different development level areas.Then the development characteristics and differences of each region are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to the results.The fourth chapter introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method,which often determine the weight.AHP is mainly qualitative analysis,entropy method is mainly quantitative analysis.combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,the model of entropy method based on AHP to determine the weight is established,and then according to the comprehensive index analysis method to determine the comprehensive score of each index.The fifth chapter determines the weight of each urbanization index of Anhui province from 2008 to 2016 according to the model constructed in the third chapter,then calculates the comprehensive score according to the formula,evaluates the weight of urbanization of population,economy,social life,infrastructure and ecological environment,and analyzes the scoring results of the comprehensive level of new urbanization.At the same time,it also compares the urbanization level of Anhui province in 2016 with the other five provinces in central China,analyzes and sorts the weight results of the five urbanization indicators,analyzes the scores of new urbanization level,analyzes the differences of urbanization level between Anhui province and several other provinces,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The sixth chapter according to the previous development of Anhui province,according to the development of urbanization in all aspects,respectively,put forward five corresponding countermeasures to improve the level of urbanization.The construction of new urbanization is a long way to go.The weights and scores of each urbanization index are determined by the principal component,cluster analysis and analytic hierarchy method.In this paper,the urbanization level in each area of Anhui Province was analyzed spatially,and the development level of new urbanization from 2008 to 2016 was studied.The development level of new urbanization in Anhui Province was studied lengthwise and compared with that of other five Central provinces.The development of urbanization in Anhui Province was studied comparatively comprehensively.
