The Level Measurement And Path Choice Of Green Urbanization In Henan Province

In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization in Henan province has far exceeded the national average level.It has become an important engine of economic and social development in Henan Province,and has achieved remarkable results,however,it is also facing many pressures: first,the pressure brought by excessive consumption and waste of resources,low quality of urbanization,frequent occurrence of “urban diseases”,ecological damage and environmental pollution;second,the pressure caused by energy-saving,emission-reduction and the tightening of resource constraints;third,the pressure brought by construction of ecological civilization and the road of green development.The traditional urbanization in Henan Province has been unsustainable.It is necessary to innovate the urbanization development mode,while green urbanization is the new urbanization development model in Henan Province.First of all,this paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and necessity of green urbanization based on the researches of scholars at home and abroad,and according to the essential connotation of green urbanization and relevant theories has constructed the measure index system of green urbanization.Secondly,this paper uses entropy method to quantitatively measure the level of green urbanization in Henan Province,and divides the various areas in Henan Province into four categories: higher-level areas,high-level areas,low-level areas and lower-level areas by cluster analysis,and the results show that most areas in Henan Province are at low levels.Thirdly,through the horizontal and vertical comparison,we find that the overall development level of green urbanization in Henan Province is not high,and the development among different subsystems is not balanced,and the differences among all prefecture-level cities are significant,which distribution is "high in the north and low in the south,high in the west and low in the east".Finally,on the basis of the previous analysis,the author puts forward the overall and sub-regional development path of green urbanization in Henan Province: in general,Henan province should be people-oriented to promote population green urbanization;develop green economy and enhance green urbanization power,improve the green infrastructure and increase the green ecological space;establish and improve the green system and policies and strengthen the green urbanization guarantee system.For all regions in Henan Province,the development path of green urbanization should be explored in accordance with the local conditions.
