Research On The New Urbanization Development Level In Shandong Province

New urbanization is the inevitable choice to solve "agriculture, rural areas and farmers". Shandong province is a big agricultural province, and "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" has been a problem needed to resolve, to further advance the new urbanization level is very important in Shandong province. And objective new urbanization development level research is the foundation to improve development level in Shandong province.This paper explains the connotation of new urbanization, the connotation of the new urbanization development level, urbanization development theory. In particular, new urbanization compared with urbanization, the former literally just increases new.But the goal of new urbanization is the harmonious and sustainable development, and the core is person. New urbanization development level compared with urbanization, the former emphasizes on resources and environment, infrastructure,urban and rural integration.This paper introduces overall situation and some problems on new urbanization development in Shandong province.In detail,from four aspects, this article comprehensively introduces overall condition of new urbanization in Shandong province.It introduces the main deficiencies,such as the low population development level, unreasonable industrial structure, imperfect infrastructure, resources and environment problems, urban and rural gap.Considering population, economy, infrastructure resources and environment, urban and rural overall development, at the same time, considering 17 cities in Shandong province and East China data availability, this paper constructs new urbanization evaluation system. But as a result of qualitative analysis, unavoidable existed correlation, this paper by factor analysis optimize index system to determine the relatively universal new evaluation index system.It discusses new urbanization development level research of Shandong province from five factors, such as population, economy, infrastructure, resources and environment,urban and rural overall development. This paper explores the development regularity and characteristics of urbanization in Shandong province, seeks problems of new urbanization in Shandong province, and put forward some constructive suggestions on new urbanization development level in Shandong province.Firstly,it studies new urbanization development level of 17 cities in Shandong province and then makes the objective analysis. Secondly, it researches new urbanization development of six provinces in East China and then makes the objective analysis. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding measures and Suggestions. Based on statistical data from 2010 to 2014, using SPSS software by factor analysis method, it weeds out poor correlation indicators and confirms the suitable evaluation index system of new urbanization. In addition, on the choice of evaluation methods, it uses improved entropy evaluation method. It researches new urbanization development level of East China six provinces and 17 cities of Shandong province in 2014 by improved entropy evaluation method.Through the comparative analysis, it find some problems in Shandong province, such as the low level of population development, unreasonable industrial structure, incomplete infrastructure construction, lacking of resources and environment protection, large gap between urban and rural areas. This paper put forwards some measures,such as perfecting the urban and rural household registration system, improving the industry to attract talents, Optimizing the industrial structure,strengthening the construction of characteristic of small towns, improving the infrastructure construction, Protecting urban ecological environment, promoting the integration of urban and rural development. In order to further promote the development of new urbanization in Shandong province,we should try my endeavor.
