Evaluation On The Development Level Of New Urbanization In Anhui Province

The traditional urbanization mainly focuses on increasing the number of cities and enlarging the city scale.Under the extensive development mode,some questions gradually increased,including unbalanced regional development,obvious urban and rural dual structure,ecological environment destruction,poor quality of life and other issues.New urbanization is a new urbanization development model,which will adhere to the people-oriented principle and pay more attention to the improvement of people's material and spiritual life standard.This can achieve economic development,environmental improvement and social harmony.In addition,new urbanization is the inevitable choice for Anhui Province to balance urban and rural development,and realize the economic and social transformation.Therefore,it should reasonably evaluate the level of new urbanization of cities in Anhui Province,which will help to understand the development status and problems of new urbanization in Anhui Province.This can provide scientific theoretical and empirical basis for governments and enterprises during the process of develop relevant policies.Moreover,this will be of great significance for further improving the level o new urbanization in Anhui Province.On the basis of discussing the connotation and characteristics of new urbanization,this paper further analyzes the development status and characteristics of new urbanization in Anhui Province.Meanwhile,taking 16 cities of Anhui Province as research objects,this paper constructs the index system of evaluating the new urbanization in Anhui Province from three areas of economic development,urban environment and the quality of life,including 3 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators.Otherwise,using the statistical data of 16 cities in Anhui Province in 2015,this paper uses the factor analysis to evaluate the new urbanization development level of each city in Anhui Province.Based on this,the paper classifies the new urbanization level of each city in Anhui Province by using cluster analysis.This makes an empirical analysis for the development level and existing problems of new urbanization in Anhui Province.At last,combined with the development status of new urbanization in Anhui Province and regional characteristics,it puts forward some relevant suggestions,including optimizing the industrial structure,improving urban infrastructure construction,strengthening the construction of characteristic cities,coordinating urban and rural development,improving the household registration system and so on.
