In this paper,the land use data of Kaifeng City in 2000,2005,2010 and 2015 were selected as the basic data.The change degree of land use structure in Kaifeng City was analyzed by using the information entropy and dynamic degree model.The problems of land use in different periods of Kaifeng City were judged.Moreover,the equivalent table of ecosystem service of Kaifeng City was constructed.The changes of ecosystem service value and structure of Kaifeng City were analyzed from different perspectives.Finally,the land use structure optimization model based on the ecosystem service value was established,which optimized the land use structure of Kaifeng City in 2020.Finally,we get the optimization plan and discuss it.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Kaifeng City's land use structure was relatively stable in 2000~2015,and the main land use type was cultivated land.According to the change degree,the largest land use area was construction land,with a growth rate of 9.43%.The area of water area generally showed a small increasing trend.The area of water area increased by about 0.84% in 2000~2015 years.The area of cultivated land was basically stable under the influence of policy.The area of 2000~2010 year was reduced slightly,the annual average reduction rate was about 0.2%,and the trend of increasing in 2010~2015 years was increased.The changes of woodland areashowed a decreasing trend on the whole,a total decrease of 6.12%.In 2000~2015,the change rate of unused land in Kaifeng was the largest,with a change rate of about 70.47%,and the total number of unused land decreased by 53.43km2 in 15 years.Through the measurement of information entropy,the overall information entropy of Kaifeng City in 2000~2015 was increasing,but the increase was small,and the stability and order of the whole land use in Kaifeng City was good.The urban land use structure in Kaifeng was not stable in the whole city.The information entropy of Lankao County was lower than that of Kaifeng City,and the land use structure of Lankao County tended to be stable year by year,and the information entropy of Qixian County and Tongxu County were in the middle level,and the change ranges were small.The information entropy of Weishi county was the lowest,and the stability and orderliness of the land structure in the region were in a relatively high level.(2)The value of ecosystem service in Kaifeng decreased during 2000~2015,a total decrease of 412 million yuan and a decrease of 7%.The ecosystem service value of ecological land was generally decreasing,but the degree of change was less.The value of ecosystem service in the construction land had a great change,and the rate of change was the highest.From the view of the ecological function structure,it was shown that the whole value of each county was roughly similar.The waste disposal and water conservation function were more than half of the value of the whole ecosystem service,and the other ecosystem service value function changes were not very significant.The proportion of soil conservation and food production in Kaifeng was significantly lower than that of other counties.Soil conservation and climate regulation were mainly distributed in the main farming areas,and the structural differences between the other functions were not significant.(3)Linear programming model of land use structure optimization in Kaifeng City was built on the basis of ecological system service value,and the land use structure optimization scheme was obtained in 2020.By comparing the status of land use structure in 2015,the area of water and woodland increased by 2.01% and 4.22% respectively,and the area of cultivated land was basically guaranteed.Unchanged,unused land decreased significantly,and construction land increased significantly.After optimization,the ecosystem service value of Kaifeng increased by 197 million yuan,and the value of ecosystem services was improved.
