As one of the scarce natural resources,Land is not only the foundation of human survival and development but also an important producting material.With the growth of the population and the development of social economy,the conflict between population and land become more and more sharp.Besides,the environmental problem also appears followed.The fact that is continuous increase of populationg and the acceleration of the process of urbanization results in the problem of land use,the quality of land is declining,the ecological environment is becoming worse,which restricts the sustainable development of economy. So we have to reexamine the relationship between nature and human in order to seek sustainable and coordinative development of economy,society and environment.Actually,the existence of these problems is nearly related to irrational land use structure,so the optimization of land use structure is becoming more and more necessary.In the study area of Changting,the present article analyses the characteristic of land use quantity change and the spatial change,promulgates the land use quantity change scope,the speed,the region difference of the land use type change as well as the change of land use degree in this area. Based on the theory study,we evaluated the ecosystem service value and analyzed its change in this area,analysis the mechanism of the ecosystem service value change by computating land use dynamic degree. the dissertation uses the multiple objective linear programming model to optimize the land use structure,takes the land use structure reasonable in Changting Country,and develops a series of configuration optimization programs:(1)The general change trend of Changting Country is that the area of orchard,other Farm-oriented land, communication land,Water conservancy facilities land cultivated land,housing estate and factory land the forest land decrease,the forest land,lawn,unuse land and other land reduce,and the cultivated land is stabilize. the forest land,cultivated land,orchard,construction land are the main changing type.(2)By computating the land use dynamic degree,we discovered that,the speed of land use change in Changting Country for 9 years is fast,the yearly decrease rate is -0.01% to 14.14%,the changes of orchard,lawn and Water conservancy facilities land are outstanding in land use change speed,with yearly change rate of 14.14%,11.37% and -11.11% respectively,the changes of communication land,housing estate and factory land are second,with yearly change rate of 4.55% and 7.79%.Analysing the land use change rate,for 9 years the land use change existence obvious region difference.(3)During 1996-2005 year the ecosystem services total value quantity in Changting Country reduce 65.69 million Yuan,reduced 1.35% compared with the total value quantity of 1996. The primary factors of the reduction of the ecosystem service total value quantity of this area is the reduction of the forest area.(4)The primary factors of influencing the land use and ecosystem services value change of Changting Country include natural factor,population growth,economy level of development and policy. Among them,the natural factor,population growth and economy level of development are the impotant attributes which the influence the change of cultivated land and construction land,policy also has some influence for the the change of cultivated land and construction land.(5)The dissertation takes maximizing ecosystem service value and maximizing economic benefits as the objective function,and sets up eleven variables and thirteen constraints.According to the model,it can conclude that the ecosystem service value will be 4820.345 million Yuan in 2020,higher than 4802.0232 million Yuan in 2005 and forecast value,which means the program can improve the current eco-environment.At the same time,while the economic benefits of various land types improves greatly,the sustainable development in this region will also be realized.(6)Finally,the dissertation puts forward the countermeasures,which mainly focus on the land use efficiency,land conservation and intensive use,Reinforce protection ,land informatization and scientific management.
