Based On The Ecosystem Services Value Of Land In Wanyuan City’s Land Use Structure Optimization Research

Land is essential material foundation for human survival and development.However, with increasing of population and development of social economy, thecontradiction between people and land is prominent day by day, the ecologicalenvironment is getting worse, and these problems seriously restrict that nationaleconomy sustainably develops. Now there is a grave situation of land ecologicalsecurity in China, so we have to develop and utilize land, and cherish every inch ofland. Especially the small mountain town where utilization of land is very difficult,and land resource is more limited. So optimization of land use structure is very critical,we only achieved the optimization of land resource allocation and planed to managethe current city construction, to realize the social economy and environmentharmoniously developing.This article is based on land ecosystem service value of land use structureoptimization research, through construction of mountainous small towns land, to solvethe problem existed in mountain towns in the land use. This study can not onlypromote the healthy development of mountainous small towns, still can providequantitative basis for government decision-making, provide methods for the researchon ecological security of land resources, provide powerful guarantee for the social andeconomic sustainable development.There is Wanyuan city as the study area. On the basis of predecessors’ researchresults, we used the land use change survey data of Wanyuan, comprehensivelyanalyzed the land use change amount through land use principle and the ecosystemservice value theory. Through calculation of mathematical model, we got theecosystem service value, then given the direct evaluating for economic benefits andecological benefits of land use. From nature, population, economy and policy fourfactors, we analyzed the influence mechanism of ecosystem service value change. And we found the problems existing in the land use of Wanyuan now, proposed theland use structure optimization and the safeguard, to finally realize the sustainabledevelopment of Wanyuan. Main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to “the Chinese ecosystem services value equivalent factor table”,through calculated and revised, we got unit of ecosystem services value of main landuse types, gained total of ecosystem service value of major land use types forWanyuan city. Among them, the water unit of ecosystem services value is the largest,followed by woodland, garden plot, grassland, cultivated land and difficulty use land.Maximum total of ecosystem services value woodland and cultivated land, so inWanyuan the major ecosystem is woodland ecosystem and cultivated land ecosystem.We can see both the sum of them is96%of the total of ecosystem services value.(2)According to the2010year land survey statistic data and mathematicalmodel, we got the ecosystem services value of the main land use types for the2010year every villages and township in the Wanyuan city and total of ecosystem servicesvalue.(3)From the2005year to2013year, the total of ecosystem services valuechange trend is not stable in Wanyuan. It is not gradient increasing or decreasing trendyear by year, but sometimes is increased or decreased. The total of ecosystem servicesvalue at first reduced, then added. One of the ecosystem services value is max in2013year, and the mini is in2010year.(4)In the2010year to2013year, Wanyuan city’s change trend for major landuse types of ecosystem services value as follows: woodland has been presents theincreasing trend, difficulty use land and construction land have been showing adecreasing trend. While the cultivated land, grassland, and water area are presentedparabolic trend in reducing after the increasing.(5)The natural factors, demographic factors, economic factors and policyfactors primarily influenced the ecosystem services value change mechanism, but thenature, population growth and economy development have been negative effect forthe ecosystem services value change.(6)According to the demand that is the land use characteristics of Wanyuan andecological environment construction need, we has carried on the division for Wanyuancity’s ecological function areas, and put forward the city’s land use structureoptimization and the safeguard.
