Research On The Influence Of Resource Pool Attributes On The Choice Of New Enterprise Resource Acquisition Methods

With the rapid development of science and technology,the arrival of the information age,and the increasingly fierce competition in the market,it has entered the "enterprise economy" era.The scale,status,quality,and heterogeneity of the resources owned by an enterprise are important foundations for its growth and development.Compared with established mature enterprises,newcomers have a higher level of internal resources and are more urgently needed from the external environment.Identify and acquire,but also creatively use existing resources.The entrepreneurial activities of start-up companies are the process of identifying,acquiring,integrating,configuring,and utilizing entrepreneurial resources.In entrepreneurial activities,the government always hopes to play an increasingly important role in practice,but at present academic research cannot provide stronger support.Whether government support will play a role in the acquisition of resources for entrepreneurial activities in enterprises.The role is still a black box that cannot be opened.In this context,based on the resource-based theory,resource integration theory and patchwork theory,this paper studies the impact of the properties of the resource pool on the acquisition of new enterprise resources under the regulation of government support.Through reviewing and combing previous literature,new business and entrepreneurial resources are defined.According to the theory of resource integration and the theory of patchwork of resources,the method of corporate resource acquisition is divided into two dimensions: resource integration and patchwork;after an in-depth study of the resource-based concept,resource assets are divided into two categories: resource richness and resource controllability.The dimension constructs the independent variable as the resource library attribute,the dependent variable is the enterprise resource acquisition method,and the adjustment variable is the theoretical model supported by the government.Combining the specific research content of this article,find a large number of documents and collect mature and reliable scales and design a scale that meets the content of each part of the study.This paper selects the survey objects that meet the conditions and collects survey data through questionnaires.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to test the data empirically,and the proposed hypothesis was verified.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the property of the resource pool has an impact on the way of obtaining resources of the enterprise;second,when the richness of resources is high,the enterprises tend to choose the way of resource integration;third,the controllability of the resources is high.At the time,companies tend to choose the way of resource integration;Fourth,when the abundance of resources is low,companies tend to choose ways to piece together resources;Fifth,when the controllability of resources is low,companies tend to choose resources to put together.Method;Sixth,in the research of the resource property of the enterprise resource,the government support regulation is not significant.Through the analysis and discussion of the research conclusions,the deficiencies and prospects are put forward.
