The process of enterprise development is a process in which the entrepreneur obtains necessary resources and further recombines all kinds of resources he owns,and creates necessary conditions for the smooth development of the enterprise and satisfies the needs of customers by integrating resources.Facing the dilemma of resource constraints,it is particularly important for enterprises to give full play to the value of resources.The integration of enterprise resources through coordination,allocation and combination of resources and other important links,is ultimately the scattered resources into the competitiveness of enterprises.The development process of enterprise resources is periodic.Enterprises in different stages of life cycle are bound by various resources.On the one hand,enterprises are mostly faced with the impact of lack of resources in the initial stage.How to obtain new resources and integrate and utilize them to achieve the entrepreneurial goals is often an important challenge for the initial stage.On the other hand,in the process of growth and transformation,enterprises are faced with the dilemma of redundant internal resources and insufficient external resources.How to effectively integrate resources has become the key to the survival of enterprises.However,most of the existing researches on enterprise resource integration focus on resource adaptation in the initial stage of an enterprise,but there are relatively few researches on how to choose appropriate resource integration mode and effective development countermeasures in different stages of enterprise development.This paper attempts to explore the selection of resource models and the boundary of countermeasures in different stages of the life cycle of enterprises,in order to provide reference for enterprises to get rid of resource difficulties in different situations and improve their competitiveness.Through the content of six chapters,this paper introduces in detail the selection and countermeasures of enterprise resources integration mode of J company.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the topic are expounded,the content and methods of the research are determined,and the possible innovation points of the research are proposed.Secondly,based on the research framework of enterprise resource integration by domestic and foreign scholars,the concepts involved in enterprise resource integration were defined,the research results on enterprise resource integration theory in domestic and foreign literatures were summarized,and the theoretical basis of this study was expounded.Then case background,the research object of this paper are introduced and the data collection process,start-up stage,growth,transformation of J company overview of enterprise resource integration and mode choice has carried on the detailed analysis,illustrates the J company present problems of resource integration,build the J company enterprise resource integration model,determined the suitable present J company some countermeasures for realizing the effective resources integration.Finally,the paper summ-arizes the conclusions and shortcomings of the research,and prospects the future research direction,providing some practical enlightenment for enterprises to break through resource constraints in the process of development.
