Nowadays,China is in the transition period of economy and society,economic growth and economic structure are undergoing important changes.In the promotion of world economic globalization and technological innovation and other factors,environmental variables and external conditions of enterprises in our country have changed significantly,making the production behavior and operating methods also change.Both traditional manufacturing enterprises and modern high-tech enterprises need to integrate internal and external resources effectively.According to the enterprise's strategic objectives,it is necessary to adopt resource cognition and selection,resource accumulation and sedimentation,resource allocation and utilization,integrated feedback,optimization and other processes to continuously enhance the core competitiveness,in order to protect enterprises continued to gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the market.The effective integration of internal and external resources is an important part of the effective implementation of competitive strategy,and an important guarantee for gaining competitive advantage in the fierce competition.Resource integration is an effective way to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises,and it is also an important way to improve the efficiency of resource use,to form a different advantage,to reduce operational risk,and to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.To face complex and dynamic external environment,it is necessary for companies to identify resources,and gradually form a strong ability to integrate resources to obtain sustainable competitive advantage,and reduce competition threatening to bring high returns for the enterprise.The aim of this study is that on the basis of the corporate strategic development goals,through effective identification and allocation of enterprise resources,follow the principle of integration of resources to implement the integration process,promote the implementation of enterprise strategy,so as to obtain and maintain the competitive advantage and achieve the long-term goal to enable enterprises' sustainable development.The significance of the study is mainly reflected in:first,through in-depth study of the integration of resources,to promote the integration of the basic principles of enterprise resources,effective path,process mechanism and other further cognition.Second,through the combination of the enterprise resource integration and strategic choice,to promote the integration of resources and strategic choice of the logic relationship between in-depth analysis;Third,through the application of case study of enterprises,to verify the effectiveness and rationality of the method,and provide help and reference for other enterprise resource integration process and strategic management.This paper will base on the enterprise resource theory and enterprise ability theory,through theoretical analysis,comparative analysis,five forces model and SWOT analysis method,to carry out in-depth research on resource integration and strategy selection of ASO company,the main research contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction part,mainly introduces the research background,the purpose and the significance,the research content,the research method and the technical route.The second part is the theory summary part,which will introduce the theory of resource integration,strategic management,such as enterprise resource theory,enterprise ability theory and competitive advantage theory.At the same time,the related literature is reviewed and summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following analysis.The third part is the integration process of enterprise resources and strategic restructuring,focusing on the basic types and characteristics of enterprise resources,the general process of resource integration and the relationship between resource integration and strategic restructuring.The enterprise resources mainly include types of internal and external resources,intangible resources and tangible resources and so on;The general process of enterprise resource integration mainly includes resource cognition and selection,resource accumulation and precipitation,resource allocation and utilization,integration and optimization of the feedback and so on;As for the relationship between resource integration and strategic restructuring,resource integration is one of the effective means of corporate strategy to serve the strategic objectives of the enterprise.The fourth part analyzes the strategic resources of ASO company,mainly introduces the basic development of the company,all kinds of resources of macro and micro environment the company faced with and owned,such as human resources,financial resources,market resources,cultural resources and social resources.At the same time,the company's competitive advantage is analyzed,mainly on company's six business segments by five-force model analysis and SWOT analysis to understand the company's business where the competitive situation and the advantages and disadvantages.The fifth part is the ASO company's resource integration and strategic choice,discusses ASO company's strategic objectives,vision and mission,business strategic objectives and so on.In the choice of strategy,this paper mainly discussed the overall strategy and business strategy;In terms of resource integration strategy,this paper discussed ASO company's specific strategies of resource integration specific strategies on human resources,financial resources,technical resources,cultural resources and social resources etc..In the aspect of ASO's development strategy,this paper put forward some strategies and suggestions for ASO's strategic goal,strategic choice and resource integration strategy,from system foundation,structural adjustment,talent construction,brand building and culture construction.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper,summarize the research content of this paper,and prospect the future development.In this paper,the main conclusions are drawn as follows:The first is to build a general process of enterprise resource integration framework.Because of the enterprise resources' heterogeneous nature of and the existence of fragmentation or fragmentation,it is necessary to integrate effectively.The general process includes resource cognition and selection,resource accumulation and precipitation,resource allocation and utilization,integration feedback and optimization etc.The allocation and utilization of resources is a very important and complex process,which plays an important role in the integration of resources.The second is to clarify the relationship between enterprise resource integration and strategic restructuring.Resource integration is one of the sub-systems of strategic management,which needs to reflect the systematic thinking in the process of integration.Resource integration must serve the enterprise strategy and reflect the strategic thinking and intention of the enterprise.The resource integration plan or measures must ensure the enterprise's strategic goal implementation of the need to follow the basic steps of strategic management.Thirdly,it analyzes the strategic resources and competitive advantages of ASO.This paper analyzes the human resources,financial resources,market resources,cultural resources and social resources,and analyzes the competitive position and competitive advantage of ASO in the six major business segments in the light of the actual situation of ASO.The fourth part is to establish ASO's strategic choice based on resource integration.The strategy of ASO's strategic choice is deeply discussed on the basis of clarifying the strategic objectives of ASO,and the strategic integration of human resources,finance,technology,market,organization,culture and society is discussed.Through the above strategy to better realize the strategic choice of ASO:on the basis of the overall strategy of the company "123456",the core business(gold tax industry,computer equipment industry)to consolidate the advantages of priority development strategy;Information technology industry,training and education industry,IT outsourcing industry)to take integrated resources,and actively develop the strategy;future business(Internet of things industry);to develop capacity,opportunistic development strategy.Due to the limited time and energy,there are a lot of limitations and deficiencies in this research,such as mainly adopted the method of qualitative research,lack of quantitative analysis method;among the different resources in the integration process of the coordination problem did not investigate,making the analysis was not enough profound,the content was also not comprehensive.It is hoped that further analysis will be conducted in future studies.
