Harry Potter is a series of fantasy novels created by British writer J.K.Rowling.The magic world built in HP has absorbed a large number of "Hogwarts" supporters since its birth.Although the last novel was completed in 2007,and the final film based on the original Harry Potter also ended in 2011,the discussion and fan creation of"Hami" never stopped.Fandom production based on HP in China are scattered on various online literature sites and social media platforms.This article takes domestic fans as the research object,uses John Fisk and Henry Jenkins' fan culture theory as the theoretical basis,and uses psychoanalysis theory and participating culture theory to analyze and interpret the phenomenon of fandom producing.This research has four chapters:Chapter one describes the phenomenon of HP fans practice,and combs the basic concepts about fan studies and fanfiction studies.Chapter two focuses on Harry Potter communication path in China and the domestic fandom text production activities are summarized.The development of the Internet and the rise of the online community culture are the basis for the fandom to realize the communication and creation of fan circles.Chapter three is the main part of research,based on the specific text content and interview results,the domestic fandom production fandom text activities were analyzed in different dimensions from text form,production mode,to creative motivation and gains.The study found that although the fan's creative fandom is a spontaneous creative act due to passion,it also has a certain degree of community.The creation of fans is a kind of continuous activity.The continuous love of fans promotes their long-term creative activities.Fandom production is a secondary creative practice that was born out of the original,and it is a product of fans who are nostalgic for the original and struggle to break free from the original.In addition,not only the fascination with text but also dissatisfaction drives the creation of fans.Fans use fantasy to bridge the gap between the original text content and the interpretation of fans,and there are also ways for fans to critique the lack of literary nature of the original text narrative.Fans achieve self-identity and gain a sense of group belonging when they are producing with others.The "participation space"constructed by fandom has the role of cultivating fans' media literacy and contributes to the academic and professional development of fans;Chapter 4 discusses the significance of subversion and carnival in fandom creation.In addition,this chapter also analyzes the capital exploitation behind the "independent participation" of fans in the digital economy,and commercial organizations use fans' free creation and contribution to realize capital appreciation.
