With the continuous innovation and development of space science and technology,antennas,as carriers of transmission signals,have been widely used in the process of space development.Antennas can acquire low-power signals,which can greatly promote satellite navigation,deep space exploration,The development of technologies such as information communication.Space-borne antenna structure lightweight design requirements,antenna structure mechanical performance is the carrier of the remaining performance,in order to meet the working requirements of all aspects of the antenna,only a reasonable structural solution can provide guarantee.Thereby,the deployment and gathering process of the expandable antenna should be simple,efficient,and easy to operate.In this paper,a radial rib paraboloid-expanded antenna is used as a prototype,and a new parabolic-expanded antenna with a shape-surface synchronously deployable at different working angles can be designed.Using SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional model of the antenna with adjustable paraboloids,the main components of the antenna with adjustable paraboloids and the principle of its expansion are introduced.The dimensions of a part of the antenna mechanism of the adjustable paraboloid in a given shape are introduced.The length dimension of all components of the mechanism;based on this,the kinematics analysis of the expansion of the rib unit of the expandable component and the internal worm gear of the antenna mechanism;the introduction of the three-dimensional model of Soildworks into the ANSYS Workbench software to expand the antenna inside the adjustable paraboloid The worm pair is subjected to contact analysis.By analyzing the stress and deformation maps,the position of the maximum stress and deformation of the antenna structure is obtained.The modal analysis is performed on the first 6 stages of the antenna with the adjustable paraboloid of the entire shape.The various modes of modal vibration frequency and modal cloud map find that the antenna skeleton structure is prone to deformation.It is considered to improve the structure and avoid the antenna working frequency,so as to avoid serious impact on the system caused by structural resonance.According to the above summary and simulation results,the prototype design ofthe shape-adjustable parabolic antenna system is made.The composition of the prototype is introduced in detail,the main functions of each component and the design and assembly of the whole antenna system;the working process of the unfolding and folding of the adjustable parabolic umbrella antenna system is described.
