In general, collaborative simulation technology based on Pro/E and ANSYS simulation software, importing the model from Pro/E the three-dimensional drawing software to ANSYS, we most will take the use of international common IGES (Initial Graphics Exchange Specification) standard format to import, but the transformation processes often have errors or surface data loss phenomenon, the worst case is unable to convert from one or several entities, so that the whole graph cannot be converted. That will cause the existence of repair work significant processing load of ANSYS graphical modeling process, if the loss of model data is serious, then the next step analysis cannot be performed. This not only caused the workload become more and the precision is very low. This paper adopts the seamless docking technology of Pro/E and ANSYS to avoid the IGES format of the disadvantages improve work efficiency.The paper takes the NY3310dump truck of Inner Mongolia Yi Yang car as the object of study and combines application of Pro/E5.0and the new simulation platform ANSYS12.0to make the analysis of soleplate nonlinear impact and response analysis when the vehicles transports the goods on the D, E and F grade road,this paper uses Pro/E to build the dump truck mounted part of the carriage assembly modeling and assembly based on the two-dimensional drawings provided by the manufacturer, and then put the assembly model into ANSYS12.0by the Pro/E and ANSYS seamless docking technology and meshing of the mode. According to the actual operation situation of the dump truck constraints imposed on the model. After the constraint and boundary conditions are defined, we take the nonlinear impact dynamics simulation analysis of the model platform floor under the loading condition. We get:the maximum stress value where the platform floor and ore contact under the condition of height is1.8m to2.6m, and weight is0.1~1.5t; Under the impact that1.5t ore drop from2.6m, the maximum impact force and the maximum stress value where the main beam and the middle beam welding joints and where the connecting position of the main beam and the end beam. Then, according to the actual situation, after it makes the analysis on the modal of dump truck, it gets the first ten order natural frequency. At the same time, selecting D, E, F three kind of road grade, it makes excitation response analysis of carriage to the dump truck under the no-load condition, and the results were compared with the modal analysisThen, according to the actual use of the modal analysis of dump truck, the first ten natural frequencies, the D, E, F three kind of road grade, the truck made in the idle state carriage excitation response analysis, and the results were compared with the modal analysis.The analysis results show that, under the nonlinear impact of ore, the stress values of floor where ore and bottom contact are more than material yield strength (235MPa) when the ore quality to0.5T, at the same time, under the three kinds of pavement incentive effect, the lowest response frequency is5.19Hz, it outclasses the natural frequency of the1.734Hz that maximum dump truck ten modes. Therefore, the vehicle does not find the resonance point when it runs on the D, E, F three grades road.The innovation of this paper lies that it uses seamless connection technology of3D modeling technology for Pro/E and finite element simulation platform for ANSYS to the optimization design of dump truck, the method has strong operability.
