"Micro-Headline" is a social product launched by Today's Headline in April 2017.It is essentially a UGC product.It is the result of changes in the production environment and operating environment in the era of mobile Internet.For the first time,the article makes "The Micro-Headline's development prospect" as a separate research object.While absorbing the ideas of all circles,it also puts forward its own new ideas.First of all,the article will elaborate on the initial ambitions of The Micro-Headline and the mediocre performance of the year,which makes the current development results of The Micro-Headline far less than expected.Then,this paper analyzes the reasons of its poor development.On the one hand,The Micro-Headline underestimated the influence of Weibo on the market and the impact of platform differences.On the other hand,The Micro-Headline itself lacks core competitiveness.After that,the article will focus on discussing the prospect of The Micro-Headline and the key to reopen the situation,namely strengthening the foundation and developing differentiated market competition,and creating new platform to realize the cross-platform competition strategy.Based on the media ecology theory and all kinds of realistic materials,this article adopts these basic and practical methods like literature research,comparative research,and case analysis to make a clear and complete combing of the development prospect of Micro-Headline.This can provide some experience guidance for the subsequent development of Micro-Headline,and it also has certain reference value for other products that want to build a social scene.The research on Micro-Headline in the academic circles is also relatively poor.This article regards the development prospects of Micro-Headline as an independent research object,and it is the first case in academic circles,which has a certain degree of innovative significance.
