Purchasing management refers to the management activities of company's purchasing,in order to ensure the supply of the company's materials.It contains the planning,organizing,commanding,coordination,and controlling activities of the entire company's procurement activities.It is the management activity for the entire company.The main features of modern procurement management are strong synergy and quick response to user's needs.Procurement management is crucial in the entire company's production activities.Studies have shown that the cost of procurement of raw materials and services in the manufacturing industry accounts for 50%-80%of the total cost,and 80%of the problems affecting on-time delivery come from suppliers.Therefore,if the entire procurement process is managed through the information system,and the supplier's supply situation is further managed,the company can save a lot of manpower and financial resources,and greatly improve the efficiency of the supplier's collaborative procurement.In this context,this paper focuses on the collaborative issues in supplier procurement,mainly focus on the aspects of procurement coordination,supplier coordination,role coordination and data synchronization.And implemented a supplier procurement collaborative management system.This paper first describes the needs of suppliers procurement collaborative management system,focusing on the characteristics of the procurement process,mainly analyzes the functional requirements of procurement coordination,role coordination and data collaboration.Secondly,the structure is designed based on the characteristics of the procurement process,mainly described the system's technical architecture and functional architecture.The system is divided into twelve major functional modules.Thirdly,the detailed design of the procurement coordination management system mainly focuses on the key technologies for implementing the system,including order configuration,performance scoring,role management,data statistics,and the deployment of PM2-based systems.At the same time as detailed designs,the implementation of the system was described.Then introduced the detailed database design,discussed the realization of data synchronization based on Kettle.Finally,the system was tested,the security,correctness and stability of the supplier's procurement coordination management system were verified through functional testing and security testing.The supplier procurement collaborative management system is mainly implemented based on the cloud computing SaaS model.Users can access different URLs to obtain different resources.The system adopts the B/S three-tier architecture system,which reduces the coupling between system modules and facilitates secondary development and maintenance.The system adopts the latest NodeJS development method and implements a single page application.The foreground system adopts the AngularJS framework,and uses Bootstrap and CSS technology to unify the interface style,making the interface simple and generous.The background system adopts the Express framework based on NodeJS and encapsulates the background methods into REST interfaces.The design of the entire system achieves a good hierarchical structure,at the same time ensures the extensibility of the system.The design and development of this system is aimed at the actual needs of a car manufacturing company.At present,the system has been developed and tested and can be seamlessly connected with the enterprise ERP to achieve functional expansion,enhancing the office work efficiency,and providing support for the decision-making of the enterprise.
