Since Chinese tobacco industry realized "unity of management, division of industry andcommerce", the enterprises have made a comprehensive progress. But the independence betweenthe tobacco industry and commerce system has formed a series of information islands. So itcannot achieve interoperability, resulting in the two sides cannot share timely, responding slowlyto market changes, cracking the business chain and losing business interests. At the same time,production and sales in the internal industrial cannot make a good communication with eachother. In order to fulfill the needs of industrial and commercial cooperative marketing and thecollaborative commerce within the industry, we need a platform to realize the accurate, efficientdata sharing, to exchange information, to achieve interoperability of information betweenbusinesses and internal and to break down information barriers between the commercial andindustrial enterprises.Based on the status of the tobacco industry, this paper analyzes the production and sales ofindustrial and commercial cooperative model and the business model of online picking, to meetthe production and marketing convergence model, we designed the production and marketingcollaboration platform, this interactive platform to achieve business information, marketdemand forecast, online distribution, rolling production and so on, improved the production andmarketing of convergence between industry and commerce. In this paper we focused on marketdemand forecasting models and online picking depth research, the establishment of a demandforecasting and online real-time delivery model rationing, and the model was validated. Themain contents as follows:(1)We used the actual situation of Hu Nan tobacco production and sales as example, andresearched the large-scale enterprise group’s main business processes and marketing ofconvergence, the establishment of industrial and commercial cooperative marketing model ofconvergence.(2)In this paper we analyzed of the various components of the time series and introduced several basic forecasting models, then the analysis of the cigarette sale data, based on theproposed cigarette market to adapt to seasonal factors to consider varying linear predictionmodel and considering seasonal factors curve prediction model, and implemented to establishand validate predictive models.(3)And we introduced inventory control and control system theory based on multi-levelsales ratio,and based on this control system we created online real-time delivery model structurepicking and rolling forecasting production models in Hu Nan tobacco company. Then analyzedand researched the Model detail.(4)In the respect of system design, combined with the actual business needs of Hu Nantobacco company,we designed and implemented of Link-up information platforms, includingtechnical architecture for system design and system function module.
