With the vigorous development of network information technology and higher education,university libraries,as the universities' literature and information protection centers,are playing an increasingly important role and position.In recent years,all provinces,cities,and even the whole country are continuously promoting the construction of a common document resource for information sharing among university libraries.With the continuous development and promotion of interlibrary loan and document delivery services,the building of literature and information resources of university libraries has achieved gratifying results in terms of collection resources,service levels and system technologies.However,due to the lack of correct and comprehensive understanding and exploration of the users' willingness to use the university library services,recent surveys and studies have shown that college readers have a low utilization rate of library interlibrary loan and document delivery services.This has caused the waste of educational resources to a certain extent,and It has also deviated from the user-centered service concept of university libraries.In order to truly realize the wide application of library interlibrary loan and document delivery services in college users,it is necessary to first understand the relevant factors that influence college users' willingness to use the service.Therefore,from the perspective of users,this study intends to discover and analyze the factors that influence users' willingness to use library interlibrary loan and document delivery services.There are many factors that affect the use of library services by college users.This study is based on UTAUT and combined with the theory of perceived value.By combing relevant research at home and abroad,reading a large amount of literature,deeply grasping the concept of interlibrary loan and document delivery,the development status at home and abroad,and the problems existing in the process of service development in domestic university libraries.In combination with the actual situation of library interlibrary loan and document delivery services and the characteristics of users' own background,a willingness model for library interlibrary loan and document delivery targeting college users is built.It puts forward hypotheses and carries out quantitative analysis and empirical research,which enriches the application of users' willingness model in library interlibrary loan and document delivery services,which has practical and theoretical significance.The main method used in this study was the questionnaire survey method.The survey questionnaire was designed based on user's willingness model for interlibrary loan and document delivery services,and the research data was collected through questionnaire distribution.Then use SPSS19.0 software to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and analysis of variance were performed on the survey data.This empirical research found that performance expectancy,external influences,perceived costs(low)and service experience all have a significant positive impact on users' willingness to use library interlibrary loan and document delivery services.The effect of effort expectation factor is not significant.Moreover,user's willingness to use will be affected by adjustment variables such as the amount of borrowed books,the frequency of electronic resources used,the understanding and use of services.The effect of education/grade level,professional/subject and library arrival frequency are not significant.Finally,based on the empirical research conclusions and refers to factors in the model,this study proposes several suggestions for how university libraries can more effectively the widespread use of the service among college users.Including improving management systems and mechanisms;establishing a unified platform and improving service systems;increasing subsidies and reasonable fees;simplifying procedures and improving timeliness;expanding the cooperation network,expanding the scope of borrowable and transferable materials;improving the library's own collections,increasing special resources,and strengthening digital construction;cultivating the librarians'professional capabilities and professional qualities;increasing propaganda and so on.In addition,the limitations and deficiencies of this study and the prospects for future related research are discussed.This study results not only validate the rationality of the hypothesis model,but also extend the application of the model in library services.From the quantification point of view summarizing the factors influencing college users' willingness to use interlibrary loan and document delivery service are the focus and innovation of this study.The practical significance of this study is to provide some suggestions and reference opinions for the construction and development of interlibrary loan and document delivery services in university libraries,in order to enhance the scientificity and rationality of library services and improve the quality of library services.It is a great significance for the improvement of the overall service level of university libraries and the construction and promotion of document information resource sharing in our country.
