With the rapid development of information technology in recent years,cloud platform is more and more widely application in daily life,In the cloud platform,cloud computing and virtualization has become a hot spot,but cloud platform pricing mechanism research is less,however,the pricing mechanism of the cloud platform is the most critical in pricing model and pricing strategy,at present,the main pricing strategy of the cloud platform have the on-demand,reserve pricing and dynamic charging,the on-demand and reserve pricing are quite high,but they can ensure the service quality of user,dynamic charging has low price,however,it can not guarantee the service quality of the user.In supercomputer platform,its pricing model is used fixed pricing,which billing price is quite high,complex operation in the process of calculation by user at the same time,the user operation calculation is not very stable,,it is likely to be interrupted,user's service quality is not very stableoSo,this paper,we built a CAE cloud platform on“tianhe no.1”supercomputer,while,the billing system is an important part of CAE cloud platform,we propose a dynamic pricing strategy based on VCG bidding model on the CAE cloud platform,on the premise of guarantee the service quality of user,we make benefit maximization of user and service providers.This paper main research work is:1)Aiming at home and abroad in avariety of pricing model,we apply for bidding pricing model to supercomputing CAE platform cloud billing system,We have redefined the VCG bidding model in the form of service competition,and put forward a dynamic pricing strategy based on VCG bidding model(DP-VCG).2)We are on the basis of the national supercomputing,we use the system stratification middleware technology and service-oriented architecture key technologies,we degined and implemented a billling system on supercomputing CAE platform.We investigated VCG bidding model and DP-VCG dynamic prcing strategy,and we analysised of the performance of the algorithm and the time complexity of the algorithm,however,the algorithm analysis and experimental test results show that dynamic pricing strategy based on VCG bidding model(DP-VCG)has the good economic efficiency and computational efficiency.
