The Design And Implementation Of OA System Faced To Process Management And System Integration

Office Automation(referred to as OA)is a modern Office method through Office Automation Platform that combines kinds of working modes,to provide a open a nd scientific informationalized work environment,completes work automation and remote cooperation of the enterprise,thus it not only effectively improves the management level of enterprise but also enhances the core competitiveness of enterprises.At present,most of the OA products in the domestic market are still in the stage of processing general document,mail and other simple processes,and can not effectively integrate the enterprise's complex information system.According to the actual situation of enterprise operation,the design of a set of the OA system which can both achieve the process management and realize the system integration is imminent.Based on the analysis of multiple technologies used in Office Automation System such as HTML,Java,JCO,Lotus Domino,ABAP RFC,SAP BAPI,ABAP BDC,Open SQL,document database,ABAP debugging and Domino debugging,this paper has designed the process management and system integration oriented enterprise office automation system,and implemented the integration between process and OA,SAP and OA.The following work has mainly been carried out:1.Combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,a feasibility analysis has been made of the system in terms of economic,technological and so on.Together with the business units,System requirements were analyzed,business processes were also sorted and recycled.According to the system operating conditions,a specific needs program has been formed to determine the main objectives of this project.2.Combined with the system requirements and functional requirements,the platform design principle and platform function architecture are determined based on Lotus Domino platform.3.The design has been refined through the system architecture.Based on Domino and DB2 database platform,through the technology of Lotus Domino,HTML,the application and development of OA has been realized.Through the technology of Java,JCO,OA-side interfaces for SAP and OA integrated applications has been realized.Through the technology of ABAP RFC,SAP BAPI,ABAP BDC,Open SQL,the application and development of SAP-side interfaces for SAP and OA integrated applications has been realized.The function of data integration about the process such as my schedule,tasks arrangement,weekly plan,dispatch management,communication business application,business trip application,meeting room management and BOM maintenance,sales orders,the material master data has been realized.4.Tests are carried out on each function module of the system and prove all the functions of the OA system have been basically implemented.Based on the analysis of test results,we have summarized and optimized the operation of the system,and pointed out the next research direction.The system runs well after be put into use.
