Design And Realization Of Office Automation For Nantional Revenue System

In this paper combined with the characteristic of the national tax system we discussed the popular developing method of Office Automation through reviewing the development course of Office Automation. According to the national revenue system's information of construction request and standard, the author advanced the basic frames and functions for designing the Office Automation of national revenue system.This paper advanced an Office Automaton project based on Lotus Domino/Notes 6.5, compared the structure of B/S with C/S, and elaborated Lotus Domino/Notes 6.5 superiority. According to office automation request, I design the system structure. It will supply an environment of working on the network. The system has realized the main parts, the mail system, the handle and the transmission system in official document. The file borrows the administrative system, CMS content publish and management system, system management, workflow manage system, electronic seal etc. By means of current archives management process in this corporation, this system can manage the whole archives management process with computer and realize the electronic workflow, which can quicken archives run, improve work efficiency and quality, then we can obtain the work capability without paper in technology.
