| With the increase of the enterprise business, in Enterprise handle official business attach importance to the standardization and the efficiency. The realization of Office Automation system (OA or OAs) improves the efficiency and standardization, reduces the cost of enterprise. In an enterprise, the working cooperation, the Communication and the information sharing are benefit from OA. It helps the manager of the enterprise to make the plan and decision.The development of the OA has been discussed in this paper. The significance to enterprise is analyzed. This paper research the workflow that is one of the importance technologies in OA. A kind of groupware, Lotus Domino Notes, is expounded. The concept of the groupware development is introduced. The structure of Lotus application is discussed.The OA system has been designed according to the needs of company. The merit and shortage of the OA based on Lotus is analyzed. The system plan and the application are designed with the document database and the Lotus frame.The official document subsystem is designed and analyzed in detail. Then, the main workflow model is put out. At last, the web page and the application are realized with the Louts frame and Domino web programming. This OAs is satisfied all requirements in daily work, so this paper have important academic and practical significance. |
