With the development of new media technology,"national reporters" and "algorithmic push" have become important factors affecting news production.While the public swims in mass news content,it is inevitably affected by bad news content.More and more scholars pay attention to news media literacy."Post-00" is becoming the main group of college students in China.It is of great significance to study the news media literacy of "post-00" college students.The research takes the "Post-00" college students in China as the research object and some college students in Jiangxi Province as the sample.The core question is to explore the current situation and future training path of the "Post-00" College Students' media literacy.Around this core issue,the discussion will be carried out from three levels: How to construct an evaluation framework suitable for Chinese "post-00" college students' news media literacy? What are the shortcomings of the news media literacy of the post-00 college students in China? What measures can improve the news media literacy of "post-00" college students in China?This paper uses empirical research methods,combined with literature research on the measurement of media literacy,and constructs a new evaluation framework from five dimensions: need for cognition,media locus of control,media knowledge structure,self-perceived media literacy,and perceptions of the value of media literacy.The evaluation framework passed the test of confirmatory factor analysis.Through multi-stage stratified sampling,this paper collected the data of "Post-00" college students from 12 universities in Jiangxi Province,interviewed 14 "Post-00" college students with different professional backgrounds,and finally collected 730 valid questionnaires.The study found that the perceptions of the value of media literacy performed best,and the post-00 college students had a clear understanding of the role of media literacy between democratic society and citizens.However,the scores for the other four dimensions are relatively low.In the media knowledge structures part,the lack of interest makes the "post-00" college students lack of media common sense and theirlearning willingness is weak.In the need for cognition part,fragmented information dissemination causes the "post-00" college students to lack comprehensive and in-depth thinking about news.In the media locus of control part,due to the strong interaction of the Internet,"post-00" college students are more passive in responding to the negative impact of news.In self-perceived media literacy,the absence of media literacy education make "post-00" college students lack of knowledge and confidence in news media literacy.The dissertation puts forward suggestions for the shortcomings in the media literacy of "post-00" college students.First,"post-00" college students should strengthen their ability to think about news in depth reading,and reduce the pressure of information in the proper disconnection from the news.Second,news media should increase the cultivation of common sense of the "post-00" college students' media.In order to improve their media skills through appropriate anti-connections.Finally,colleges should strengthen their knowledge and confidence in the media literacy of "post-00" college students through linkage with the news industry,and cultivate their good news spending habits.In general,the paper evaluates the media literacy of "post-00" college students from five dimensions: need for cognition,media locus of control,media knowledge structures,self-perceived media literacy,and perceptions of the value of media literacy,which has a certain degree of innovation.
