In recent years, the new infection rate of AIDS among college students in China is increasing year by year.Sexual transmission is the main way of transmission, which brings many challenges to the prevention and treatment of AIDS in colleges and universities. With the rapid development of the Internet, network media has become the main way for college students to obtain information, and gradually affects their opinions and opinions on things. At the same time, the government to the Internet development of the new era of college AIDS prevention and control work also put forward new requirements. In this context, this study takes college students in Nanjing as an example, based on the health communication theory, combines machine learning method with traditional statistical method, and makes a quantitative study of the influence of network media on AIDS knowledge, communication and behavior of college students, which is of great practical significance for exploring effective network approaches to AIDS prevention in colleges and universities.First of all, this study through to the college students' AIDS related research at home and abroad of access and comb,self-designed questionnaire, with convenience sampling method from September to October in 2018,,in the form of online questionnaire star, college students in Nanjing AIDS related problem investigation, questionnaires out of 1211,after stripping out, short answer, just fill in the blank, there is a clear logic errors after questionnaire, collecting 1189 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 98.18%.Secondly,based on the survey data, the methods of descriptive statistics analysis, the mean T test study surveyed college students' AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior status, demand, utilization and evaluation of network media to AIDS information, etc.,so as to understand AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior of domestic college students at present stage and the real situation and existing problems of network media to use. Results show that college students have differentiated knowledge, attitudes and behaviors about AIDS,with a high awareness rate of AIDS as a whole. However, they have a vague understanding of knowledge points such as non-transmission routes, incubation period and window period, and a relatively open concept of sex. They have a weak awareness of AIDS risk, and homosexual sex(14.29%),temporary sex(12.18%)and commercial sex(9.66%)still exist. The existing network media AIDS information quality level is not uniform, the college students to the information content accuracy and authority evaluation is not high.Thirdly, this study used chi-square test, multiple correspondence analysis, factor analysis and univariate Logistic regression to study the correlation between network media platform types,Internet media AIDS information selection criteria and network media information evaluation and college students' AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior,so as to make data preparation for the establishment of the multi-factor model below. The results showed that Baidu Baike, government or official organization website,Weibo or We Chat platform, comprehensive information, timely update of information, rich content, unique article views, high authority, close to life, high practicability of college students have a significant positive role in promoting AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior; However, the interactive website platforms such as forum or post bar and the evaluation of information content have a significant negative effect on the formation of AIDS awareness among college students. Then, combining Logistic regression with machine learning methods such as decision tree and random forest, the multi-factor analysis model was further constructed, and the comprehensive influence of network media factors on college students' AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavior was deeply discussed. The results show that the network media platforms and the information they spread influence the cognition and behavior of college students on AIDS,suggesting the necessity and importance of making full use of the Internet in AIDS prevention work in colleges and universities. Finally, based on the research results, countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed from multiple dimensions, hoping to promote the simultaneous improvement of college students' knowledge and practice of AIDS,so as to provide a reference for the effective prevention of AIDS via network media in colleges and universities.
